I was ok with the length, but said they should tell people when they call and book with them the longest lashes available are 15mm -I walked away looking like I have classics on. Even on their website, the hybrid looks better than this and their volume looks like volume Lashes , I literally can't even tell. I have lashes on. I paid over $200 for these lashes and this is what they look like 48 hours later. And this I have mascara on and the picture because they're so faint. you can't even see them. I can't even tell that I have lashs on. I got so many compliments on them. It take about 1to3 hours depending on how thick you want them. Mine lasted for about three weeks. BUT my cold plasma was the a waste of money. Suffered the pain and i don't get any results at all done by her niece, Kitty. The dark spot is still there and not an improvement of firmness. Just the same old like before. Kristina says nothing can be done except to go for another different treatment and another cost. I was like being robbed.
