Oct 6th for my 2nd round, and I actually have my colors in!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited and can not wait for it to heal and I can look lively without efforts. I waited another 30 minutes for her to get approval from corporate and I was told they said no to doing the procedure. Why would they not do a consult first before suffocating me with numbing jell for 45 minutes. Maggie their front desk coordinator made me apply for financing before the appointment and now I'm getting notices that I have a payment on a loan for a procedure that was never done! I have messaged her with no response. Do not go here!

Fast forward a year, I schedule an appt via their website, I called to confirm the appointment the day prior and they tell me I don't have an appointment even though I had a text confirmation, bizarre. Didn't want to deal with it at the time so I put it on the back burner. Fast forward a few months, I make another appointment online, this time I schedule a first thing in the morning appointment time to prevent that ridiculous delay. I have new insurance so I also entered that on the portal. Set the day and time, I get a text that says they've received my request for an appointment, they're going to verify my new insurance and I'll get a confirmation text once my appointment is set in stone. I received 2 confirmation text after that that I'm good to go. I arrived to my appointment and the front desk says they've aren't in network with Aetna PPO and I'd be a cash patient ?!?!? It's a PPO plan not an HMO plan so I'm unsure why I'd be a private pay patient- either way 3 strikes you're out. This place needs to get it together.

It was the fastest dermatology exam in my life -- 90 seconds TOPS! During this frenetic exam I tried to ask him about a few things that were bothering me but he quickly dismissed my questions. I am not a time-waster and I intended to pay cash for anything my insurance didn't cover. So what's the problem?? While I was trying to locate something hidden on my scalp for him to examine he was irritated because my fingers were in his way. (Sigh.) He then told me it would fall off by itself. But that was over 1.5 years ago and it has NOT fallen off. After my visit his office emailed a request for feedback. I responded with my dissatisfaction and I never heard anything further. Their "patient-centered care" is 100% pure baloney. Jay Zimmerman could not have cared less or moved faster if his Crocs were on fire. Good riddance.

Ive seen some reviews from people complaining about wait times, but keep in mind that in order for them to do your tattoo removal at such a affordable price, they need to book as many people as possible. For the record, I have never waited more than 15 minutes. Show up early for your appointment and be patient. Otherwise go to another place and spend thousands of dollars for the same service.
