Sixty seconds for a $70 copay. Talk about doing the bare minimum. What a waste of time.

I was…read morein desperate need of a face regimen that actually works on my face and Dynese knew exactly what my face needed! I have been using the regimen she recommended for me for about 2 months, I have also gotten facials and I can't express enough how amazing her products are and how much they've helped me skin! My face is glowing, no more hormonal acne, black heads or redness on my face. Not to mention her products do not have an odd chemical odor and they are not harsh on the skin, this also applies to the facials as well. When I've gotten a facial I'm always pleasantly surprised by the smell of the products. If you are in need for a facial or just some help with you skin I highly recommend you call and book an appointment with Dynese at the Skin Liaison, she knows what your skins needs and she is also one of the nicest most caring people I know! Thank you again Dynese!

After the rave reviews on here, I took my daughter to get a facial with Denyse. Unfortunately, we…read moredidn't have the experience that the others had. We found her to be very nice but overpriced, over talkative, and not professional. Our appointment was at 1:30pm and she arrived at 1:35 with her lunch in hand. We had to wait outside until she unlocked the door. Her desk was a mess and she had trouble finding the intake form. We had to wait longer while she set up. It might just be my standards, but I think it shows professionalism and seriousness when the workspace is clean, clear and ready for business when your client arrives, especially to make a good first impression. Then, during the facial, while the mask was setting, she made a personal phone call where we could overhear her discussion. The extractions were quite painful and my daughter winced and moved her feet quite a bit to get through it. The appointment itself was close to 2 hours long. Once again, Denyse was friendly and I like her integrative approach but overall we do not recommend nor will be returning.

Was in there for about 15min to get told that a non surgical procedure doesnt last long and the price for it was out of my budget! Ive been going here for years and i love my regular derm doctor but the front desk help has gone down hill! They all just seem like they hate it there! If u want info over the phone for quick questions you get nothing! Or it just serms like they are bothered by you even asking! Basically i could've looked it up for free i guess! But there was no highlighted info on the $100 fee while making this consult visit! When making my appointment they of course dont tell you! I just needed to vent on it! My bad for not doing more research! Ridiculous fee for a short visit Outrageous!

My issue is I am scared to continue being treated here as I went in and got a biopsy that turned into an infection that I got antibiotics for but they were not transparent about the infection in my chart and tried to play it off like we will just give you meds just to be safe but it was clearly infected and painful and pus filled. On top of that the same person that did the biopsy job was trying to stitch me up again and I was petrified of going through that nonsense again. The other part is administratively it took forever for them to receive my referral.

I left a voicemail…read morefor this place asking if I would be given the opportunity to shadow a professional.. received a text and a call back same day excited I reply and get on a call with Dr. Chiu he seemed open to my passion even giving me advice. I let him tell me about his experiences but it later just felt like I was interviewing him. He was telling me things I didn't even ask about like his rude customers to my surprise even using curse words to describe them and his schooling. i was still optimistic as he gave me a time to come into the office the next morning. I show up load A cart with a heavy box of charts he asked me to grab from his trunk and load in. I am wondering where are his staff there isn't even a front desk person..He scans my drivers license and application he asked me to fill out and grabs a composition book and places it on my side of the counter. As a shadow im thinking he Wanted me to use that book although I've prepared my own pocket book that I show him. He immediately gives me this evil glare telling me he never asked me to touch that book and is holding a post it pad saying he had it just in case I "screwed up". How unprofessional to assume. He then glares at the book then at me again at the book and stares into my soul for a quiet 5 seconds at this point i am super uncomfortable and it's also just the two of us, he then tells me he built this ground for 20 years (no idea what that has to do with the book) and tells me he did not tell me to grab the book. I'm already nervous as it is. He said he did not want his time wasted and I immediately apologize explaining this is my first time shadowing. He tells me to get out. Get out.i ask him if he's serious and he says yes And leads me out. I am shocked and confused. He called me twice, FaceTime emailed me, texted me just to kick me out within the first 10 minutes of us meeting in person. Because of a book I was not supposed to touch. Wasted my time. awful first experience. do not come here. there are better dermatologists with welcoming attitudes elsewhere. 000000 stars if I could. disappointed.

Kristina has done my lip filler, Botox and microneedling and I will keep coming back to her again and again! She's patient and always does a thorough consultation before recommending any procedure. She's not like other providers that will do it because you want, she evaluates whatever you want done to see if it's a good fit for you. I had the pleasure to meet with Dr. Cruz my last microneeding appointment and he's such a delight. He drew my blood and the process was quick and painless. The whole team makes you feel at ease no matter what you're getting done. The office is also very clean and prices are competitive. To me, the price matches the service!

I understand that results can vary with cool sculpting but the before and after pics were indistinguishable. Let me first say that Monica was always very kind. I had an awful experience with Dr. David Cruz. They gave me a body scan each visit which was not something I requested. When the scan showed I had gained some fat between sessions, Dr. Cruz was extremely condescending and implied that there was something wrong with me/my lifestyle. Im not sure why he felt the need to tell me how HE felt about MY body unprompted. My primary care doctor thinks I am a healthy weight and I have a healthy BMI. Health is my number one priority so his opinion affected me a lot at the time. I think this was beyond unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable given we were in a setting where cosmetic procedures are sold. I never said I wanted to change anything about my body, all I was there for was reducing genetic neck fat. After some reflection, I can't help but feel like Dr. Cruz was trying to plant seeds of insecurity to try to push sales.
