This place is a Western Dental for Beauty procedures. I was sat for 45 minutes with a huge glob of numbing jell on my mouth. The practitioner looked at me for one minute and said she is not allowed to fill lips that already have filler. I waited another 30 minutes for her to get approval from corporate and I was told they said no to doing the procedure. Why would they not do a consult first before suffocating me with numbing jell for 45 minutes. Maggie their front desk coordinator made me apply for financing before the appointment and now I'm getting notices that I have a payment on a loan for a procedure that was never done! i was set on having a lip flip, and had my online consultation regarding this. after having my appointment scheduled, i was told that lip flips aren't available unless you add it on to another service. SO, after thinking some more, i was set on getting 5 ML of a syringe for lip filler. i was unsure of my decision, but the woman helping me through the phone was telling me that it's a good deal, and that no other places do half syringes. coming into my appointment, i was told that they don't do .5 ML anymore, and the employee told me she was shocked that i wasn't informed of that. i ended up paying the difference for the full 1 ML (because refunds aren't available and i honestly just wanted to be done at this point). i want to add that each of the workers were sweet, and i felt comfy and enjoyed talking with nurse Ariel. however, on top of everything else, both times i came in (one .5 ML each session), i was waiting for an hour+ to be taken care of. i don't regret coming here, and the ladies helping me were very kind, but i'm unsure if i will be returning due to the lack of communication and scheduling issues. read more

I have had several treatments with LaserAway for the past four years and I would say hydrafacials and potenza rf microneedling are my favorites. I love them for many healthy reasons, such as deep cleaning, hydration, anti-aging, acne scar reduction, etc. To add, most nurses here are thorough and always assures successful results, like CJ and Ariel. I went to the Brentwood location for my first laser hair removal treatment (top lip and Brazilian) with Nurse Ariel, and the whole experience was excellent. My appointment was at 10:15, I arrived two minutes late, and I was still in and out before 11--even after asking plenty of extra questions. From the very beginning, the process felt professional and transparent. When I first booked, I spoke with a sales rep and never once felt pressured or scammed. I was simply given options to get the services I wanted. I chose a monthly payment plan, which took less than 5 minutes to set up, did not affect my credit, and felt completely straightforward. (I work in the financial industry, and I can confidently say nothing about it was sketchy.) As for the treatment itself, Ariel was amazing. She was on time, very informative, and talked me through each step to make sure I felt comfortable. I had been nervous, but she put me completely at ease. I felt no pain on my upper lip and only the slightest sensation during the Brazilian--far easier than waxing, which I've been doing for almost 10 years. LaserAway is understaffed so if they are running late too bad for you. If you need to change an appt it will be weeks and/or you have to sit & wait . They do not respect your time! You can't call location directly - routed to call center. The front staff don't know waiting times between procedures so you book them have to be rebooked. Worst place that I have ever used regarding getting scheduled - nurse Ariel I had at Brentwood is very nice, talented (great with filler) but I guess some nurses aren't trained to do for example fillers only Botox... do not recommend unless you just have time to drive to other locations or get rescheduled .. other nurse was cold.... Laser away responded they'd contact me with my concerns but 17 days later nothing. I was extremely nervous but Priscila made me feel comfortable before the treatment and even followed up to make sure I was doing well after my treatment. I want to share my experience with LaserAway. When I inquired about their services, I spoke with their department assistant to understand more about their offerings. She suggested choosing their department credit option. I declined, preferring to pay for each visit separately. However, she insisted it was the best option for both of us, so I agreed to her recommendation. Everything seemed straightforward at the time. I was approved by their credit department, but I ended up feeling misled and disappointed. I wasn't informed that if I canceled, I would still be charged, or that billing would continue for the approved amount even if I didn't show up. I only discovered this later when I received a letter from their credit department saying I owed money. LaserAway never contacted me when I canceled! So, I called them and asked, "What's happening? None of this was ever explained, and I never consented to it." It took a while to sort out, but LaserAway eventually refunded the money to their credit department. I spoke with someone today, 1/26/26, who gave an example comparing it to buying a car, saying you still have to make payments. I replied, "That's different. With a car, you have the vehicle physically and make payments based on an agreement with the dealer. If you cancel an appointment in advance and notify them, you don't keep paying. But LaserAway continues charging for services even when I never booked further appointments, yet they keep collecting payments. That's disgraceful! Don't use that comparison." Similarly, when purchasing a car, you understand your payment obligations. I find that to be a poor excuse. LaserAway really needs to clearly communicate these terms with customers and be transparent about their business practices, or they risk impacting credit reports and damaging your credit line in attempts to resolve issues it's a big hassle!! read more

Complete scam. I booked at the $10 per unit Black Friday special for Botox. I called, spoke with someone. They tried to upsell a "bank" units of Botox. I explained I would not want to pre purchase a lot of units to "bank" without knowing if I liked the place or not. She told me that was fine. Had me pre fill out forms. A nurse called me that evening to go over my medical history. The following morning I get to my appointment. I was told I would have to pay $15 a unit or purchase the "bank" of Botox at a minimum if $1300. I reiterated what was discussed the day before. They would not honor the price and insisted I either pay the higher amount or purchase a bank of Botox for future use. I canceled my appointment and walked out. A complete waste of time and effort. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are ok with heavy sales tactics and dishonored pricing. read more

My daughter started seeing Ariel yesterday for hair removal and it went great. I was concerned before hand because she is disabled and is in a large wheelchair but Ariel made it work. She moved things around so that the wheelchair could fit in the room and was very supportive. During the session, my daughter was very tense for the first half but Ariel just kept reassuring her and gave her breaks to make it easier. I would never return for treatments here. My daughter and I both completed full sessions of laser hair removal on our faces and underarms, and unfortunately, we've seen no noticeable results. The amount of hair is the same, and the way they advertise their hair removal services is completely misleading. The nurse even agreed with me today on the results. Starting out, there was a certain setting not used so I'm wondering if the wrong setting of laser was used the entire time. The targeted areas on my face look no different--truly a waste of time and money. On top of that, scheduling has been a constant issue. They've tried to change mine and my daughter's appointments numerous times (I have the messages and calls to prove it), often due to nurses being out or the machine not working. For the price you pay, you'd expect them to have a backup laser device or at least a more reliable schedule. There's always a wait, even when they call you in early--(today was my last session) I came in earlier as requested, only to sit and wait again. The front desk staff isn't much help either, and one receptionist in particular is quite sassy, she is the one who asked me to come in early and then made me wait, later than my original appointment time. The only reason I'm giving one star is because of Nurse Ariel--she was kind and made an effort to keep things running somewhat smoothly during sessions. No one checks in with you on results, when I reported my results to the nurse she said she has done her best and can't really do anything else. Unfortunately, this location is extremely disorganized, which might be due to it being relatively new. Either way, it needs serious improvement. Laser away should offer maintenance and follow ups for clients who are not satisfied. read more

Had an easy check-in process. They allow you to sign the consent forms online so you can save time. The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. I got a Brazilian, underarm, and chin area done. I had tried Brazilian laser hair removal before and had a really bad experience, so i never completed the full treatments.
