Me and my cousin came here shopping after our brunch. We do this every Sunday get food and go shopping after, but I was really disappointed when I walked in. I felt judged and for some reason unsafe, Savannah was very rude. I felt like she was talking behind my back and just looking at me up and down and I also saw that she was doing this to other customers so maybe she was just having a bad day or that type of person? I wouldn't recommend this beauty store just because of her. read more

I'm 55 yes old and trying to learn how to color my hai at home. It's actually very complicated to get the right color!. Eva was amazing. She gave me a mini color matching lesson. My hair tends to pull out the red in color so she had me mix it with a second color that had green in it. She also introduced me to a new hair color line. Last night I colored my hair with her recommendation. It is still a little darker than I would like but at least I don't have Ariel's hair from little Mermaid. A huge move in the right direction. read more

I recently posted a review and voiced my opinion about customer service. I visited the store the week after to purchase something and the owner pulled me to the back to discuss my yelp review. Instead of addressing my concern he told me if I'm not happy then don't shop at this store. That is very unprofessional coming from the owner. Why would you embarrass your customers in front of everyone? And why did you assume I wrote the review? Instead, you can give me feedback on yelp. He also told the worker to not sell the item to me when I was at the register. read more

The ladies working there always give you some good advice, so if you have a skin problem or anything else, you can ask them and they will not up sale, but give you some good pieces of advice. Wow. It is 2024 and people still don't know how to run a business. I walked in looking for purchasing an item and as I am looking around I get a man telling me that what I am looking at is not a tester. I respond, Yes I know, I am trying to read the information on the eye pencil, and I have not opened it or tried to test it. To my astonishment, he yells at me that I am arguing with him and he is refusing to provide service and asks me to leave. I am like, are you mistaken me with someone, or just having a bad day? He was so rude it was almost like he wanted to lose customers. Go in at your own risk, but there are so many other places where customer is still king and service is the way to keep a client happy. This place should be put out of business. I am never going back. read more

I called about a week in advance to book my hair appointment with Eunice. I can tell right away…read morejust from my initial conversation with her that she was very experienced and knowledgeable about hair care. I was looking for a salon to get my annual digital perm. I was convinced that she was someone I could trust with my hair and to help me get the digital perm that I wanted so I booked my appointment with her. I was already warned that digital perms would take a long time so she told me to block out about 3-4 hours. Before starting anything, she checked the health of my hair and also talked through cutting my hair before starting the digital perm process. I appreciated how she knew what lengths and the type of haircut that would best suit me as the digital perm would grow out in the future. I also showed her my digital perms from the past that I liked and didn't like (from other salons that I had gone to) and we were in agreement as to what kind of perm, length, and shape she was going to aim for. She pays great care to details and even made sure that she had the correct intensity of chemicals to make sure that she preserved the health of my hair while perming it. I really appreciated her taking her time to make sure that she was thorough and careful to make sure that this was going to be worthy of my investment. She explained each step of the perm process as she was doing each step. She takes great pride in her work and wanted to make sure that she was also satisfied with her work. Although it was a long morning, she took great care to make sure that I was comfortable and even offered coffee/beverages while I waited. Eunice is so incredibly sweet and is so much fun and easy to talk to. Digital perms in general are pricey, but it's because there is a lot of labor and preparation that goes into perms that are done correctly and done well. I feel like her price point was fair considering her thoroughness and care throughout the process. I definitely plan to come back again next year and I am so glad that I found someone I can confidently trust and go back to for my annual digital perm.

My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I could tell she cared about the quality of product she puts on her client's hands. I had reviewed her prices beforehand, and she told me her mantra was "nail art for all." THIS REVIEW IS DEDICATED TO AN EMPLOYEE NAMED KIMBERLY. The customer service of this store used to be absolutely horrid. however, last week I decided to go back and give it another try. I met the sweetest lady who worked at the store. Her name was Kimberly. She took her time trying to find the right tone of foundation that would match my skin, then she spent about 30 minutes teaching me how to correctly apply makeup for my face shape. and she even gave samples of two face creams that have worked miracles on my face. She is very sweet and is clearly passionate about what she does. I am going back this week to buy the two creams that she recommended and gave me samples of. If you have any questions makeup related just stop by the store and ask to speak with Kimberly. The other workers there, I couldn't say the same. I came in looking for hair extensions and the first off, the staff was very quick to find someone to help me. Lilianna was kind enough to come and help me out. I was very picky about the pertect color match but she was very patient, reassuring and helpful through the entire process. She took her time and made sure I was completely happy with my choice and never made me feel rushed. I had a couple of questions about hair products and she knew her stuff. I have been ordering products for my salon for a while but I never showed up just through the phone. I loved how it is so easy and convenient for me when I don't have time to go there. They are really helpful even tho you are not there. I loved that! Hello, just want to that Beauty Mark is the place to go for all you beauty needs and wants, they have EVERYTHING you need. I went in for make up and I was greeted by friendly staff members, I was helped by Daisy who showed me all the make up they had and she explained with patients which had the better coverage, what matched my skin tone and how to apply properly, she also pick out my eyelashes for me and explained how to apply them when needed for my sons wedding. I always have the best experience at Beauty Mark thanks to Lilianna. Every time I walk in, she greets me with the biggest smile and makes me feel so welcome. She is truly such a sweet and amazing worker who really cares about her customers. Lilianna has recommended so many great products to me, and my hair has honestly never been longer or healthier. The help was honestly amazing. Whenever I walk into the store I'm greeted with smiles and good energy and immediately get asked what I need help with. All the workers know what they're doing.
