Dropped in for a pedicure while visiting from California. Beautiful salon with a friendly staff. I didn't have an appointment, and they were busy, but they fit me in within 15 minutes. I'll definitely come back when I visit Springfield again! read more

My 1st time, referred by a friend. Wont be back. I did get a pedicure. Pedicurist rushed thru stone massage, towel wrap & leg mask. People next to me received much better service. They sat down within a few minutes of me and ordered the same pedicure with no add ons. My pedicure was done & they were only 1/2 way thru. When the pedicure was done, he told me to wait 15 min & then sat down several feet away on his phone with his back to me. He didn't bother to check back with me. I had to ask another employee, who had a customer, for slippers. I politely told manager I wasn't happy & exp what happened. I offered to pay $20 for a $38 service. He refused & would only give $10 discount. I would have tried them again if he had accepted $20 or a discount for my next visit. I gave 2 stars because I did get a decent pedicure & could see other customers receiving excellent service. read more

I really enjoyed my visit with Lily. My manicure and pedicure experience was just what I needed. The stations were very clean. I noticed Lily cleaning other pedicure stations while I was drying and other employees wiping down manicure stations. Every employee had on gloves and a mask. There were also shields in between the pedicure stations. There was a new plastic wrap put on my pedicure bowl. The salon is beautiful and they have an ipad check in station. There were a lot of polish color options to choose from. I did not have an appointment and I waited less than 5 minutes on a Saturday. I will definitely be back. read more

My second time visiting this establishment. And I was just as pleased as the first time. I decided too step out of the box and try something new. I showed my nail tech Lee a picture. Lee is the BOMB! I have had GREAT customer service while coming to this salon. The second time I went I had a service done by someone in there and I did not like my nails at all. I came back and they apologized and couldn't believe someone in their salon had performed a job like that. After that, I have returned time and time again. Went in for a pedicure this weekend and this service was just horrible. Never going in to this place again. I went with Franky and the first thing I notice I should've ran out of that place. They DO NOT use sanitized instruments for each pedicure it looked like they use all tools for all clients. The nail clipper looked disgusting, and the files looked like they were used before as well as the callus or under foot scrub was used before too. Plus I was charged $25 for a chrome powder like that is ridiculous. I would give negative stars for this place if I could. They should really use new sanitized instruments for each client. read more

Gosh I so wanted to like this place! It's very nice inside. You walk in and it's very bright and lit up. Nice decorations and really cute set up. Plenty of seating. Wide chairs for your pedicure. They also offer wine. They had a good selection of polish colors as well. Unfortunately, and maybe it was just the day or the technician, I had dirty tools used for my pedicure. There were very few customers in the salon, so I saw that the cart for one customer was brought right over to my seat. The tools were not exchanged at all and were then used for my pedicure. I saw a piece of nail in the clippers... My pedicure looked good though if that counts. The other unfortunate thing was that there were lips stains on my wine glass. I'll just attribute this to the dishwasher not cleaning it well...(I hope), but it seemed like gloss and I was able to smear it like it was semi-fresh. Disappointing, honestly. The ambience and here is great... Spacious, clean, bling-y. The staff absolutely seemed cheerful to greet clients, which is a huge plus for me. They were gracious but not overly talkative. Another plus. Had a big range of OPI gel colors. The technician went above and beyond to make my pedicure look beautiful even though I had a bunch of wonky toenails from running. I care the very most about the results and how neatly done the paint job is, and I'm very very pleased with the results. Had an appt and waited 25 minutes. It was my daughters birthday and first time to a salon. She was disappointed she didn't get to put her feet in water. She was complaining about it and they could care less. Not very friendly at all. And expensive! Will absolutely never go back. read more

This is an overpriced average salon. The tech was on her phone the entire time. She used a lot of foul language. They charged extra $20 for shellac. I know shellac is more but never paid that much before. Pedicure was very basic no lotion or massage. A quick rub with hot stone and again she was on the phone entire time. This was the worst nail experience I've had. The guy I had was a bit older and was watching a movie while doing my nails! If I go and get a service I expect the persons undivided attention to be on my nails. Not only that but there were air bubbles in my nails and my right index finger is practically peeling. The guy seemed annoyed that I asked for a design and the design he did was horrible! I ended up paying $55.00 for a service that did not deserve it. I don't think anyone should have have to pay that much for the end results that I got. I'm very disappointed and I want my money back! read more

Julie was horrible. She would yank my arm/hand aggressively, dug her nails into my fingers, and legit got mad at me because accidentally messed up one finger. Lastly, my friend got a hand massage and a paraffin wax hand dip and I got NONE of that even though I got the same service and paid the same amount. Go to nails by Nini, go to peachy nails, hell even go to LA nails in the mall, anywhere but here. read more

They did a nice job but they forgot about one person in our party and weren't even apologetic about it. Also some of the attendants weren't nice - in fact my niece said her technician was mean. Won't be going back - and I only gave two stars because the finish product was nice. read more
