Do not go here. I went initially to get a full set. I was there to treat my sister and I which left our service at about $190. I had my nail chip a day later and immediately called and asked to get it fixed. I was told I could get it fixed free of charge. Awesome right?! No. I then get sat with a young man who then rushes through the service and did not show any care when replicating the original look. it's one thing to say you can't do it, but I feel as if he took it on with arrogance. To sum things up, I am not satisfied. I had a chunk of glue stuck under my nail and the shape does not match the original set. I feel that if he took a couple extra minutes to focus on the detail then I would agree that this service was worth $190 plus tip, but there was no consideration involved and the set only lasted a day. I do work and I've had multiple sets while working where I do and this has never happened. I will not be returning to this nail shop. read more

The Pedicure was fantastic, but the nails are a completely different story. I got my pedicure with my Dad, his girlfriend, and her daughter, and they were done in a timely manner and seemed fantastic and took good care of us. I then was supposed to be getting a dip acrylic set and was told to wait. I waited a good 15-20 minutes at least and finally spoke up,and waited another 10 minutes. The overall nail experience took two hours, and two of the nails have already fallen off two days after, when I was doing simple mundane things. I just had the worst experience here! I will never ever go back! Vi literally sat me down and started dipping my nails without even doing a proper manicure when I specifically asked for one! Then she proceeded to continue after I was complaining that I wanted my cuticles cut like a manicure is SUPPOSED to be done and she continued. The entire process took a total of 15 min $35 dollars later and nails with splotchy spots!!!! Am I wrong thinking a manicure should be relaxing and take longer than 15 min....... I went in to get a dip powder manicure removed from a couple weeks ago and I left very upset. I had to sit and soak my entire hand in a bowl of acetone. After about 20 min an employee came over and poorly removed what was starting to come off of my nails. Instead of letting it sit longer he proceeded to use the power file on the leftover dip polish only getting half of it off. Then he buffed my nails even more and did a crappy job of shaping them. I was left with embarrassingly patchy nails because so much was left on. leftover polish gunk was all over my hands and under my nails. He managed to get away with us because I had a light nude color on my nails. I didn't realize how bad it was until I was in my car. Needless to say I won't be returning. read more

I came here with my friend for a mani/pedi. The pedicure was wonderful. I got the milk and honey. Could have used a little more massage, but it is what it is. I liked how my toes turned out. Now the manicure is another story. The guy didn't even seem like he wanted to do my nails. He seemed annoyed. I got shellac. I felt like he rushed through it and didn't take his time. It's probably one of the worst manicures I've ever gotten. Usually my nails last for 3 weeks. My nail chipped the same day I got them done. I went back in for them to fix it, and they did, but now my other nails are chipping. I live 2.5 hours away so I can't keep coming in to get it fixed. I would like the also add that the staff during my pedicure were very unprofessional and more worried about flirting/goofing off then actually doing their job. I will not be coming back. read more

My husband and I have been visiting Luxe for years. We went into Luxe on February 28th, it was busy when I walked in, I asked how long it would be for two pedicures, a gentleman told me it would be 15-20 minutes. I told him that was not a problem, we had another errand to run so we made an appointment for 30 minutes later(11:45). We came back around 11:35 and sat waiting for our turn. While waiting another man talked to a woman and child next to us, who said they had an appointment for noon. He said they would have two chairs ready for them soon, without saying anything to us. He came back about 5 minutes later and said he had chairs ready for all 4 of us. We were seated at our chairs at approximately 12:05. The water in my foot bath was cold so I had to flag down a woman to put hot water in it. We sat waiting for 10 more minutes and once again my water was cold. Another customer down the way was also complaining to a staff member about their cold water. At this point I flagged down another worker and asked for hot water for the second time. It appeared there was no one getting started on us anytime soon so when she came back I questioned how much longer it would be as our appointment was over 30 minutes ago at this point. She could tell I was frustrated and said they will start on us right now. She started on me about 5 minutes later, however my husband sat in his chair for another 15 minutes and again it was clear no one was starting him anytime soon. In fact two workers had skipped him and started on both the woman and child with the noon appointment mentioned earlier. It is 12:40 at this point and my husband was frustrated and just said he would skip getting a pedicure due to the poor service and the fact that we were already on a time crunch. I immediately told the nail tech that he would not be getting a pedicure after all and told her to switch my pedicure to a Classic express pedicure rather than the deluxe paraffin pedicure. She insisted they would start on my husband right away, which I told her was already too late and then went over to talk to another nail tech. She came back and told me privately that she talked to the manager and my husband and I could receive longer massages. I again stressed that we were on a time crunch and it was already too late. Five minutes later after we have made it clear my husband will not be getting a pedicure a nail tech comes to start on my husband, he again stated it's too late so she moved onto the next person without an apology. My nail tech then tried to insist to him that they would start right away, at this point my husband was tired of being harassed about it so he went to go wait out in the truck. My nail tech finished up at 1:05 1 hour and 20 minutes after my original appointment. She put me at the dryer and then came back a few minutes later and asked if I was ready to pay. I replied yes, handed her a $50 bill expecting for my bill to be around $30 for a Classic pedicure, instead I was charged for a $50 pedicure pedicure which I told her I did not want. At this point I was extremely frustrated so I decided to just leave rather than express my frustrations. This was a terrible experience with terrible customer service, who knows how long I and my husband would have sat there if I would not have complained. I only received service once I complained, then my husband was forced to wait around, harassed, and then I was charged for a service I did not want. This place does not care about their customers, they only care about money in their pockets. We will NEVER be doing business here again. read more

Went on a Sunday afternoon to get a set of acrylics. They were all crooked and different lengths and the polish started peeling by like 6pm Sunday night. I went back on Monday to get them fixed so they wouldn't look as terrible. Thursday morning as I'm getting ready, I notice my nail polish AGAIN peeling up. I do not recommend anyone spend their money here. I'm going to have to get these redone/fixed waaaay sooner than I should have to AND they can't count change. My bill was $44 for my full set of acrylics, I paid with a $100 bill, and I only got $46 back instead of $56. Overall TERRIBLE experience and wouldn't put a star at all if I had the option. read more

Okay so I am from the East Coast don't know if the nail salons are held to a higher standard due to fierce competition but this place is overated. PROS: It "kinda" looks nice aesthetically inside unless you look closely at the floors and realized they haven't been swept , or look at the aquariums (4 in total that have 2 fish ???) Anyway onto the service the pedicure itself was okay aside from the fact that they failed to buff ridges out of my nails completely....this is taught in Nail Tech school 101. They speak amongst themselves in Vietnamese and only interject in English to either upsale( asking if you want additional designs on nails or services) And they are several bucks more expensive than places I have checked around the area, It s "FAUX luxe" if you ask me. I have experienced the real luxe in other places.. OH ALMOST FORGOT TO MENTION: THE NAIL TECH BURNED MY LEG with one of those hot stones, as she was rubbing it up and down my leg she got mesmerized by whatever was happening outside or at the checkout counter and left it in the same spot I didn't realized until I felt the 1st degree burn setting in as I was reading the paper. Last week, because I didn't have time for a manicure and pedicure, I made an appointment for just a polish change and was 6 minutes late. I apologized for arriving late and was told I had to wait for 20 minutes until someone was available. I waited for 30 minutes in the meantime the owner kept sending walk -in customers instead of me. One customer even told her I was ahead of her but the owner disregarded this-- I also heard her husband take my name to remind her I was waiting but the owner would not even acknowledge me. This was quite insulting as I have been a good customer since they opened a number of years ago. I refuse to go there anymore. And do not recommend this place to anyone! I had tolerated their unprofessional behavior of snatching, throwing things and laughing about their customers in Vietnamese. But now refuse to go there anymore. I got acrylics and she said they wouldn't chip and they were dry, (shellac) so I left and had to come back 15 minutes later because one has chipped and another had an imprint on it.
