So, I come get my nails done two weeks ago (hard gel which for some reason not many places do..) and finally commit to a person and book my next appointment (today at 9). When I get here, they didn't even know I was coming... so I ask to reschedule... they just say to wait a few. It's been 40 mins and some lady has only removed the color. And I have my son here with me. I'd rather just reschedule but they simply won't let me or don't understand what I am saying. Currently a hostage. Finally got them done and was out by 10:15. Lisa is exceptional! I had previous acrylics on and she removed them with zero pain (previous removal has been incredibly painful). These woman are unprofessional, they are talking in Vietnamese the entire time I was here just gossiping non stop! They are rushing people in and out even when it's not busy, they pressure everyone to tip and question if you will give tip and how you want to give tip 5 times within 10 seconds in a very nasty pushy way. They act as if you don't have a choice if you want to tip or not they demand it, even for a simple manicure with no design or fake nail that took 20 mins to do- they are very entitled. The only thing nice here is the quality of the polish. These women did not make me feel comfortable but demand a tip for doing their job in a mediocre fashion. read more

She always pays extra attention to getting the shape exactly how I like it. I always get multiple colors, and if they don't have one I've selected, she makes sure to find another one that is similar and will go with the other colors. They are always welcoming and remember me when I come in - if I don't come in with my mom (which I often do), they immediately say "where is your mom today?"
