I'd recommend calling before you go -- even if you already made an appointment online. I booked a lash extension appointment online for 4:45 PM and even received a confirmation message. When I arrived, the lash salon was completely closed. I called the number listed on Yelp, and the lady told me the lash artist would arrive in 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes. While I was getting my lashes done, another customer arrived for her 6 PM appointment, but there wasn't another lash artist available. She was told the wait time would be 1.5 hours, so she ended up having to cancel and reschedule her appointment. This honestly showed poor scheduling and communication. As for the lash quality, I've had lash extensions many times before and followed all aftercare instructions carefully -- no water for 24 hours, no oily skincare or makeup, and no rubbing or pulling lashes. Despite that, my lashes started falling out almost immediately. In less than a week, around 70% of the lashes had already fallen out. The design was also uneven. The lash artist finished my left eye first, then while working on my right eye, she randomly went back and added more to the left side, which made the wispy style look uneven and unnatural. They did give me a $10 discount for being late, but with the inconvenience, poor scheduling, and disappointing quality, I won't be returning.

Eyebrows are one of the focal points for a lot of people and having bad experiences is why there's trust issues with these so called professionals. Save yourself from the eyebrow services. I'm glad it was just tint and not microblading. The girl was nice enough to ask to fix it but the trust issue was already there. Attached is expectation vs what I got.

However, the upkeep on these lashes was so insane and I would have to get them refilled every 2 weeks for it to stay pretty. So, I asked Cici if there was anything similar to the Anime Lashes, but less upkeep. She told me about the Sunflower Lashes, and during my last visit, I switched over to these. So far, I am loving the retention and it looks super natural. I think I'm going to be sticking with the Sunflower Lashes for a while! The inside of the studio is super clean and pretty. There's also a pretty photo area at the front of the store. The bathroom is also super clean and has great lighting. I really recommend Miss Lash to anyone in the Diamond Bar, Rowland Heights, and Chino Hills area! They're super nice and friendly and will answer all questions you have about lashes.

I had Nina just run with it and do whatever she wanted since I felt like she would know what was best based on my eye shape. The only request I had was to make it more natural (but also obvious enough for people to know!). I paid around $68 for my first time discount for 2D lashes at 2 lengths. The results were a tad bit heavy for my taste especially since I don't normally wear any makeup--it kind of made me look like an instagram filter but partially my fault since I didn't have any strong preferences. Will definitely go for more natural look next time around since it's kinda hard to open my eyes haha..
