At least have it on your website that you don't do outside fills before scheduling someone and wasting both parties time. She told me that she was "sorry I should have said I only do fills that we're done by me." Welp thanks a lot for wasting my time! Wow!! Not only is Steffanie a talented lash artist and a sweetheart- she is also a chemical engineer and knows the technical ins and outs of proper lash care. She will take the time to explain proper lash care and the reasons for what we do (or don't do). I've had my amazing set for a week now and I have followed her instructions exactly- and I think I have come across maybe 10 lashes shed over the last 8 days. went in asked for a natural look but still curly, she did little to heavy on the lashes, she glued my bottom lashes to my false ones and had to rip it off real quick and hurt so bad, paid her and she kinda rushed me out of there after, I felt she rushed the process cause my eye lashes were uneven after a few days I got a bad reaction on my eyes, & bumps on my lids & had to remove them after only 5 days what a waste of money, my mom & cousins wanted there's done first & I went to try it first but I told them not to get them done, to go else were. She is a Jack of all trades in that she is a chemical engineer, an eyelash extension artist, a florist, and on and on. I originally found her through a Groupon deal. I wanted to get extensions for my graduation and eventually my wedding. I had never had eyelash extensions put on before, and was tired of trying to glue on strip eyelashes that last a short time. Steffanie explained the whole process to me, made recommendations based on what my normal makeup routine is, and asked questions as to what I'm ultimately looking to achieve. I don't wear a lot of makeup normally, and I'd say my overall look is pretty low key, so it was very important for her to understand that I was looking for a more natural look.
