The staff have always been helpful, and the store has plenty supplies of various brands and types generally in stock. Last week when I stopped in the store, I was on a mission to find a specific item that my wife had pointed out to me previously. I was asked immediately when entering the store if I needed any help though I declined. After looking all over, I gave up and asked and realized I should have just asked for help in the first place. The employee also told me I could try entering my wife's rewards account info (phone number) to access her account and earn her some points on the purchase. A simple visit could have gone south but instead was quite satisfying thanks to the Sally Beauty staff. Sally Beauty is the "ultimate destination for affordable, salon-quality products that can be easily used at home." They consider their stores to be a "one-stop-shop for all your hair care and color needs, as well as nail care, makeup and pro-quality styling tools like curling wands, flat irons and clippers." This particular store is open Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM. There was barely anyone in line and when I went to pick up my order, it took me 20+ minutes because the clerk had to input all kinds of information into the computer, but I already paid online the day prior. Due to this, I was late to my event when I could have just picked up the items in store faster than the clerk could input all the information for a pick up order. Not worth it- I would just have it shipped if you need it in advance. You'll spend more time waiting for your supposedly convenient in-store pick up.

I was told by the employee that paying at the register was the only option. I was shocked since I saw what I would estimate 30 to 40 employees walking around the store of which many had nothing to do. Disappointed with the option to pay I returned the product to the shelf and which visit another location. What a disappointment.
