In between visits, I ventured out to decompress and ended up booking a massage and not just any massage, but an extra deep tissue one. The therapist was absolutely unbelievable. Words honestly can't express how relaxed I felt afterward. I had been dealing with the stress of my mom being in the hospital twice that month, and this massage was exactly what I needed to truly de stress. It made a noticeable difference both physically and mentally. I called and was able to get in with little to no wait. The place was very clean, and the location was convenient and easy to find. Overall, the service was outstanding. The only downside was at checkout. When it was time to tip, I asked where the therapist was and was told she was already with another client. I didn't feel comfortable leaving a tip on my card because I had cash and wanted to make sure she personally received it. Aside from that small issue, everything was excellent. Clean facility, amazing massage, and a perfect place to unwind during a stressful time. I would definitely return.

I still gave a twenty dollar tip and paid the 25 just to get out of there . But was definitely taken advantage of. I also asked for ashiatsu which was my main purpose of going there but the massage therapist did not speak English or just ignored what I said. The person who I talked to on the phone spoke English but I didn't see anyone else therr I could communicate with. If the owner was there I could have talked to someone. But apparently when the owner isn't there the employees do what they want.

She also told me that I should have read the "fine print" displayed at the front desk before calling about the issue. As a customer, I expected professionalism, respect, and basic communication. Unfortunately, this interaction felt hostile and dismissive. I hope management takes customer service more seriously in the future.

(Btw- recent pedicure and shower before hand. I do not have off putting feet). And massage ended before the hour!
