Any place that sells my Cherry Blossom eyelashes is going to get all the stars! Although beauty supply locations are a dime a dozen in Houston, this one stays on my short list because I'll find items that I like here for a fraction of the costs. First time I stopped in years ago, I found a really beautiful neutral lipstick for $1. Also, they use to carry a particular eyeshadow palette that looked stunning on my skin. Only caveat is over time, these items are no longer available, but I have found some of the name brand items I use here for less. Recently, I purchased some hair rinse here that easily sells a dollar or two more at other stores. To my greatest surprise, I found my favorite lashes here on sale for $1. I typically have only found them for that price at a place on the North side or off Cullen, so to find them in Pearland is a gas saver! Lastly, I appreciated the friendliness of the staff. I waa greeted and given space to shop. Thank you for that. Although I was disappointed on one item ai bought (a comb) where the paint was peeling off of it as I was parting my freshly washed hair, I really cant be too mad at a comb for a $1. I'll just take some alcohol and remove the rest of the paint so I can use the comb. You may not find everything you want here but there are enough items to make you a return customer. read more

I come here quite often. I love this beauty supply. It's a gem in this area. It's clean and the employees are helpful. The owner is often there and he is very nice and pleasant. This is major because often that's not the case with these types of stores. The prices are pretty comparable to other beauty supply stores in the area and what you find on Amazon. They have pretty much everything you need. The store is very organized and easy to navigate. read more

I've been coming here consistently for the last couple years and it's the best, most affordable beauty supply in Pearland. Gloria has helped me time and time again in experimenting with new hairstyles, products and has even convinced me to try a wig. (That Im currently obsessed with btw.) The ONLY reason I won't give them a 5 star rating is because they have $5 minimum purchase which in my opinion is ridiculous. Especially since legally, consumers aren't responsible for merchant fees. If I come in for one thing (I.e a pair of lashes), requiring me to make an an additional purchase is stupid. Especially when you see me every week. read more

ZERO STARS! Despite the higher than average prices, I have been a customer of white fox for years. But never have I ever been so humiliated as the last time I went there. As I walked in, I overheard an employee tell the cashier to watch me and my six year old daughter. I guess they don't value loyal customers. read more

Do Not!!!! Shop here. Not sure if the lady with the blonde hair is the owner however she is very rude and she will steal from you. I went to buy products that were marked at $6.49 however when I walked away she retag them for $8.99 and sold them to me I noticed on my receipt she up charged me and I immediately return them the lady was rude throughout the store when I asked her for help she was snapping at me!! Took everything in me not to mess up there establishment I just can't believe the disrespect and the lack of service they have there are hundreds of beauty supplies that I have been too with better customer service and pricing I would much rather shop there then at this horrible store. This place has the WORST customer service. Everytime we go it's always 2 teenagers that never can answer a question . They never have a good supply and get attitude when you ask when are they going to get a new shipment. There is never a manager/ owner there. I will never go back to the location. The store on Almeda Genoa always have supplies and employees that know how to talk to customers. Also I found another supply store in Pearland that also has supplies. The girls at this location literally look like they are bored and don't want to be there or be bothered. I will never return to this beauty supply ever again. First off the prices are over priced by average prices. Secondly, the Asian employee named Hannah is very rude. She talked to her staff in a very aloof way and basically ignored her and I. She does not belong in the customer service oriented business. She over charged me on my items and when I disputed the charges, she got extremely loud and very rude! If I was in a bad mood, she would've gotten slapped for sure! I have a bachelors degree in business, so I know my numbers very well. She didn't subtract my credit amount from The total before she added tax, which resulted in over charges. And I hope the owner sees this. And to all the customers, don't waste your time dealing with this place. Save your money and go else where, where it'll be appreciated. read more

Great prices and even greater customer service, which was the most important part for me considering i'm very new to wigs (recently got diagnosed with alopecia). They were very helpful, patient, and made me feel comfortable with trying on different styles. Plus, their products look GREAT. Nobody can tell I'm wearing one. Yay! read more

Overpriced for no reason. Some of the items I buy from other beauty supplies was twice the price here which is ridiculous. They have a ton of great natural hair products and could make way more sales if they didn't jack up the prices. read more

I have shopped at this beauty supply store since they opened. The owner never had the best customer service but it was convenient to where I live but today was my LAST visit! Earlier this week, I stopped in the store to pickup an item but the total was less than $5 so I added on a pair of earrings to meet the $5 minimum to use my credit card. The first day I wore the earrings this week they broke. Off of pure principle, I went to the store and explained this to the manager. She looked totally confused like she didn't understand what I was saying and actually didn't even respond to my concern. Their was another employee standing nearby that had to speak up and her comment was all sales are final. I understand jewlery sales are generally final sell but that is to avoid people bringing back earrings they wore just bc they don't want them not bc the product was inferior to start. I am a big on customer service and Fox Beauty Supply made a bad decision to take this stance on a pair of $5 earrings. I will never shop there again. I' not upset but very disappointed with this place, it was my very first time wanted to buy wig since my hair was ruined, figured to cover it up with some nice wig, the owner who was behind the desk ask me for $1 to try out the wigs on and give me a used stocking to put on my head, later my scalps were aching like crazy she sold me a use one , it was not come out of box. once I tried few of wigs she said that I'm limited to only 3 wigs for trial .I was very surprised , why would not she told me this before? All wigs looks good on the dummies but you have to try them out before you buy some did not looks good with my facial or color of my skin. When I disagree with her she said that is her policy and I told her ''Ma'am with that policy you are just kicking me out of your store ''how can I buy something if it does not looks good on me, plus you have no return policy as well if I buy it without try I'm stuck with it. My advice and experience should be a lesson to the rest of you ladies , never go there put this dump out of business. read more
