Setting up an appointment is super quick and easy. You can do it online or by phone. Also, if you have any questions you can simply call and they will answer any questions you may have. As you can see it is very aesthetically pleasing from the moment you walk in. They have a super cute pink sofa with irresistible treats in site! The studio is super clean! They do still require masks to be worn at all times but this wasn't an issue for me. I booked my hybrid fill with Rana and she was so sweet! She was very friendly and a great conversationalist. She was honest with me that it wouldn't be safe at that time because I was immuno-compromised. But, she promised that as soon as it was safe she would take good care of me. She kept her promise 100%! She cared most about my safety, and when a new medicine I had to take made Microblading unsafe she asked me if I would consider Nanoblading. I agreed, and she worked her magic. I went from virtually no eyebrows to beautiful, full brows that actually lifted the look of my eyes and gave me a younger appearance. Even my husband loves them! At a time when I'm feeling most unattractive (no hair, no eyelashes, worn out, etc.) Velamina has made me feel more like my old self and more like a woman again. It doesn't get any better than that, and I recommend Velamina wholeheartedly!!!

Maybe she's got good karma with the lash gods, or maybe (and more likely) she's just an amazing artist. Not only is Christina incredibly talented, she's extremely kind and compassionate. My visits with her are therapeutic. I leave PB lash feeling better than ever, and my lashes are unbelievably gorgeous. SIDE NOTE- If you have sensitive skin and are looking for a wax 10/10 recommend. I have never left a wax without red bumps appearing 1-2 days later. With Christina, zero irritation. Literally none. Knowing I'm a sensitive client, post wax, she used a pulsating machine to clean and close my open pores - immediately after and days to follow, no bumps, no redness, nothing. I was ecstatic! For all my sensitive lash and wax lovers out there, Christina is your girl.

I simply asked to skip a week to go on vacation, instead she tried to make me come in early only after a week getting my lashes done to pay again before going on vacation. I ended up deciding to cancel the appointment by using their email confirmation system. Instead, I get a call and text message the day the appointment was supposed to be, which I already had canceled two-three days earlier via their email confirmation system, telling me she did not receive my cancellation notice because some how they do not received the responses from their email confirmation system and to only cancel by text or call. How in the 21st century do you not get responses from a email confirmation system your company uses??? They must live in the dark ages still, total BS!!!! Then she tried to charge me a cancellation fee because of this. I refused, she then made me pay $99.99 deposit on Christmas Day for my lash fill appointment the next weekend, which I said I would just pay in full when I come next. I also have text message proof of this whole conversation and transaction. When I went in that day for my lash refill, she again said it was not a deposit but a cancellation fee and tried to make me pay full price for the lashes. I again refused, and said with my $99.99 deposit that I had to pay on Christmas Day and with what I owed left and tip for Kate (who is a absolutely wonderful person that actually did my lashes) was $79. She eventually took it after arguing with me over the phone and after hanging up on me. I told her that at that exact moment I was never coming back and to close my account. I also said she did not have any more authorization to use my credit card again after that day. And now here we are and it is February and I am still getting charged for a membership that I canceled and are not receiving service for. I am contacting corporate for Amazing Lash and reporting this woman and her business. She will also not return my phone calls either. So I had to cancel my debit card to get her from stop charging it and report fraud to my credit union about this place to get my money back, which I should have never been charged for in the first place. So anyone looking for getting lashes put on, think twice about this place and find a place that is more reputable and won't steal your hard earned money.
