My friend Kimia M. and I came here last week. It was packed! At first there was only one associate and about 25-30 women inside the small store wanting to try beauty products. I browsed on my own at discovered a number of brands I'd never hear of before. I would describe their products to all be higher end, whereas at an Ulta you see prestige cosmetics but also see drugstore and Walmart brands. The store is beautifully arranged and very clean. After the initial madness while opening, Kimia and I came back after eating lunch and visiting a few other stores. Much calmer now, and there were several associates. Shoutout to Katrine for answering all our questions, doing demonstrations, and helping Kimia find a new lipstick that she absolutely loved. I will definitely be back here!

The store has a HUGE selection of natural hair products, which is great for a lady liked me who has natural hair. The store also had a wide variety of wefted & crotchet hair, wigs, accessories, makeup, and a lot more. I believe this store could eliminate the need to find order items from online because I could probably find exactly what I needed or something similar at this store. On top of that, the employees were helpful. The manager (he may have been the owner) was very nice. He asked me how I like the store and I gave him my feedback. This time, I opened it in the store, and it still did not fit. I immediately showed it to the employees at the register, and they could clearly see that the item did not fit as intended. Despite witnessing the issue, they refused to offer an exchange, refund, or any solution. The employee told me that I should have asked them to open it before purchasing, even though I had no reason to believe there was a problem with the product. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and unwillingness to stand behind the products they sell. Because of this experience, I will not be shopping here again and cannot recommend this store to others.

You get to pick or mix your scent, two colors, and add in's like glitter, or poppy seed and oatmeal to exfoliate. The owners take you through the entire soap making process including lye safety, mixing, creating a design in the pan, and etc and you create it alongside their help. You can pick up soap the next day once it is set. They have much more than soap too, including laundry wash, room spray, candles, bath bombs and more.

First, with a friendly "Welcome to Walgreens" from Blake, at the register. Secondly, by his cologne that was overpowering the entire front of the store. I love perfume and cologne myself, so I'm not hating on him by any means. But as someone who has a father and stepmother who suffered with COPD for years, I am concerned for the folks with breathing difficulties that may be faced with that very strong scent. Any scent is difficult for them, as they're already struggling to breathe. Lots of employees were stocking the shelves during my visit. Compared to what I've experienced at another local Walgreens, these employees are on top of their work. I found a few things on sale that I hadn't planned on getting. Some of their Halloween and Autumn stuff is super cute, but overpriced in my opinion.

Someone mentioned they are dysfunctional on another review and I would say that is the best way to describe them and then when you point this out and there is no resolution to the problem, they do not care, not try to figure out what went wrong. They are flippant and curt. Occasionally I have run into one or 2 who actually try to help you, but I think they probably were students. My complaint also includes the pharmacists, not just techs. The store is fine, nice and friendly.

He told me his product was available at this beauty supply store so I decided to drop by. This is not convenient to my house, but the shea butter normally lasts for 2-3 months so it would be feasible to drop by here occasionally. When I arrived, I was not greeted, the employees were engaged in a conversation and maybe didn't see me. I found the shea butter quickly. When I went to the register to check out, the employee assisting me talked about how good the shea butter is and I agreed. This would not be my first choice for a beauty supply store since there are so many more that are much closer to me. However, if I run out of my shea butter and can't meet up with the owner, I would come by here to get more.
