I've been into of the treatment rooms, they are both lit in a relaxing manner, the massage beds and chairs are comfortable, and they offer hangers on the back of the door to hang your clothing. The bathroom is accessible, modern and clean. The entrance is slightly difficult to find but stuff makes it easy by coming to get you and guiding you ! Everything was great. My only suggestion would be, during checkout they offer you a tea and glass of water as well as the bill all at the same time. I think I would prefer to be offered the tea before the massage, and for the massage therapist to hand me the water so that it's a separate experience from when you handed the bill. Little touches, but just some things I noticed I have liked at other spas I've visited. For sure, I will be returning and always recommending the center. It was a wonderful experience.

Very different from any facial I've had previously. No extractions nor steam are used. I am used to the microdermabrasion and regular facials. The lifting facial is totally relaxing and I can see a difference in my skin immediately after the facial. There is less puffiness and there appear to be less lines as well. It's all about the massaging techniques and strokes used during the entire session. Victoria seems to be well versed and educated when it comes to the skin, inner body and much more. The facility seems to offer a plethora of treatments including scalp massages for hair growth, body wraps, specific facials and body treatments that all target specific areas or problematic issues. I have already purchased another Groupon for the Microdermabrasion set and hope to have the same experience. I attempted to purchase a single body wrap but was only offered a package. I will try that once the funds in my bank account are more steady. Anyhow, I will update my review once I have had my micros which I am very excited about! Despite the fact that I only found one yelp review, I decided to take a chance on Etuale by purchasing their Groupon deal for 1 session of microdermabrasion. I'm so happy that I didn't judge this place based on the lack of reviews. The reason there are so few reviews, is merely because this is a new business, and lets face it, everyone is busy/gets sidetracked with everything else going on in our lives--it even took me over a week to finally buckle down and write this review! But I promised myself I would take the time to get the word out about this spa, because I hope other people enjoy services here and I hope the business succeeds as well! I called prior to scheduling to ask some questions and inquire about the facials listed on their regular menu of services. The receptionist could not have been more friendly, accommodating and patient with all of my questions. On the date of my appointment, my beautiful esthetician, Olga, first met with me in the cute reception area to go over my concerns and skin overview. The building is easy to find and there is ample parking. I couldn't figure out which suite it was as there was no number listed on the address. But it is the very first suite to the left as you enter the front door. The interior is so quaint and inviting. There is a salon chair with products, some gems and other products for sale, and then 2 rooms in the back, one for massage, and the other far waxing and facials. Cheryl did an amazing Brazilian! Very little pain and very quick. She is highly skilled. She is also so sweet and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience very comfortable. I was very impressed with their customer service and booked a session with Deana, the owner (after reading her positive reviews) for Pico treatments. When I met Deana, she explained a lot about my case and was very knowledgable about my condition along with all the machines I brought up to her. I also noticed a magazine with her in it at the office and even visited her commercial career website with movie reels, commercials and modeling she was previously involved with, before getting licenses for opening her medspa. After working with her several times, she solved perfectly exactly what I came in for, in just a few sessions, compared to the many I had before from other Medspas, and at a great price. After working with many lasers and medspas, I can guarantee Deana and her staff are very experienced and a big help after all.
