The environment was not clean, welcoming, or relaxing--it felt more like a makeshift setup than a legitimate spa experience. The provider was eating when I arrived, then began my service in a way that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Basic professionalism, personal hygiene, and client comfort were clearly not priorities. What made it worse was the pricing. The service was advertised on Groupon for $85, but when checking out, the total was suddenly $135. I still left a tip, trying to be polite, only to have staff react rudely and unprofessionally when they felt it wasn't enough. Money was thrown on the counter and I was confronted in a way that was completely inappropriate. Between the misleading pricing, uncomfortable service, poor hygiene, and aggressive attitude, this was one of the worst experiences I've had. I left feeling scammed and regretting that I didn't walk out immediately. Save your money and go somewhere that values professionalism, transparency, and customer care.

And I was basically told they could not work with my hair. (Type 3/4 hair) not damaged/ color treated at all. They seem to only be able to help people with pin straight hair. I find this to be sort of discriminating even though I know it's not a personal thing. I think if you offer a head spa you should be able to treat all hair types. Now you are not meant to have your hair styled after so that is never the expectation, but to massage, cleanse a scalp and comp through hair I don't think hair types should be excluded. It feels REALLY bad on the receiving end. So if you got curls look elsewhere. If anyone knows any salons that can provide this to different hair types please inbox me!
