I was told by their staff that they would honor my expired Groupon for the services listed and happily made my appointment. During my appt, the doctor recommended I add on more. I decided to add on $140 of services. The doctor confirmed that what I wanted would be an extra $140 over my groupon to which I agreed. This was a splurge for me, so I made doubly sure this was accurate. It wasn't until after my appointment that they changed their mind and said they would not honor the promotional value of my groupon and I was charged $245 instead! I was sure this was an error and they would honor what I was told before my appointment AND during my appointment. But they will not. I've received numerous emails and calls from Sonya, who just tells me that they don't honor expired Groupons. "That's not our policy" is not an excuse to mislead your customers into adding on services while being dishonest about the cost. I know what I was told by staff. They said my groupon would be honored for the services listed, period. I should pay what I was told the services would cost even if staff gave me incorrect information. A good business practice is being upfront about the cost of services. I can only assume now that this "mistake" was actually intentional. I will take my business elsewhere.

Aesthetics is only a small part of her knowledge base and she is amazing at what she does! I stopped by the MedSpa on a whim. It's right next door to my accountant's office, so I decided to check them out. I'm so glad I let curiosity get the best of me. Dr. Dana was at the front when I entered and I asked her if there were any treatment options for the dark circles under my eyes, which several dermatologists have told me was hereditary and "just a part of getting older". I had no appointment, but Dr. Dana immediately took me to the back to discuss my options. It was like my entire world opened up. There were so many treatment options available, including many that were topical and non-invasive. I was absolutely blown away. What I really appreciated is that she wasn't trying to sell me anything, but really just educate me and inform me so that I could decide what was best for me. She sat with me for about an hour (again, with no appointment) to put together a treatment plan and discuss next steps. Now when I say she's a wealth of knowledge, I can't overstate that. She has been incredibly proactive in recommending things that I didn't even know were available to me. Things that I didn't even ask her about. For example, we were casually talking about the weather and I was telling her how dry it was making my scalp. She was able to recommend a product to help me manage the dryness (something that my dermatologist never thought to do) and it has been an absolute game changer. During one of my treatments, I casually mentioned how tired I have been feeling after work and how I didn't have much energy at the end of the day. She could have just smiled and nodded, treating it like casual conversation, but instead she pulled that conversational thread to try to get to the root cause. She then offered some recommendations to try to help me get my energy back. What started as casual conversation ended with me feeling like a brand new person by the time I left the MedSpa. This place doesn't just rejuvenate my body, it rejuvenates my spirit. Everyone in there is just so kind, welcoming, and wonderful. It's really like being among friends. Warning-possible TMI…read more I saw Wendy Christine at Pink Lotus today for my first bikini wax in 1.5 decades. My first-and last bikini wax was for my honeymoon and I remember half way through it thinking "why am I doing this to myself". The pain had my eyes tearing up- and I am a tattooed lady-not a stranger to pain. Anyway, I decided to give it a go again because the bumps from shaving are annoying as all hell. Wendy made me feel comfortable, relaxed, had great conversation to distract me and practically no pain. Not a wince, not a tear. Looking forward to being shave free this summer.
