When I say accidentally, I just mean that I intended to schedule with a female therapist but then selected an appointment time on Joe's schedule. They called me to confirm if that was okay and I just rolled with it. I have been seeing him at least once a month ever since. I have been getting massages since before I even had a license. Joe is the most consistent therapist I ever had. I prefer deep tissue massages and I get just that...for the entire 60 minutes unlike some massages where only here and there feels good. Joe is professional and always checks in before each session to determine if there are any specific spots he should focus on. Prior to leaving I always get my next appointment on the calendar. The customer service here is great. Because they are super small and don't always have someone at the desk, I typically have to leave a message when calling. I always receive a call back within the hour. I have had to call to reschedule an appointment or two and never had an issue. I highly recommend checking them out.
