There were two women working and people were coming by regularly, but I got four services done so I knew I would wait. I waited about ten minutes before I was led into the back area for the Brazilian wax. The space was larger than I expected and clean, I was able to place my bag on a chair and undress privately to get prepared. They laid down paper over where I needed to lay and powdered me prior to starting. She checked for what I wanted before starting and let me know that they never double dip. I haven't had a wax in about six months and she had me cleaned up completely in 15 minutes. I also did eyebrow threading, tinting, and eyelash extensions. All went very smoothly and she was concerned about my comfort and if I liked it. I absolutely love how everything came out! Definitely will be back in six weeks. And will update with a photo.

I had bloodshot red eyes with irritation in my right eye for 48 hours straight. I had to put eye drops in every 15 mins. Also, my right bottom eyelid was swollen from the irritation to the point of touching it was painful. Maybe it was the glue or the eye pad being laid directly on my eyeball but I wouldn't recommend lashes at this place. Also the lash thickness is not true to size, I asked for a hybrid set and came out looking like I had on volume set.

They cut me up. I asked for wax and she waxed then threaded. Threading is always painful and I was hoping to avoid that, but she just started going. After the service, I did feel some stinging but thought that to be normal. Stinging after a wax isn't out of the ordinary. A day later I noticed the scars on my skin. I got the service on Sunday and I'm writing this on Tuesday. Some of the scarring has gone away but I shouldn't have been cut up in the first place. I'm never returning.

I sporadically get my brows threaded because I think it's inhumane (FYI I also think plucking is a little cruel too) but lasts a really long time. They are simply furnished like most threading places. I have been growing out my brows. So I told her that I wanted a nice arch and she went to work trimming, threading and shaping my brows. When she was done my brow area was on fire but looked really good. I will definitely be back in the name of vanity and convenience but not pleasure lol.

As such, I knew there would be some challenges with the height of the table etc. When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me warmly and gave me updates as the aesthetician I was seeing (Koko) was running a tad late with her previous appointment . Koko was very warm. She tried to work with my needs even though the details I put in online didn't show up for them. She explained the room was cold but she'd get me in and out and that's exactly what she did. Because of my temporary disability and my inability to turn on my back, lift my legs etc...a Brazilian wasn't possible so we did a full bikini. The wax/ removal was painful because my routine was off laying in a hospital/ rehab for 3 months.There are packages available at economical prices so that you can get into a great hair removal routine and products you can buy to target specific areas to support you in that. Overall, I'm really happy that this service is in Jamaica and that the workers are so incredibly professional and conduct business the way they do- communicating well about the service and handling customers with care and empathy.
