(The person was late and I never got a call to tell me they were even coming. After I reached out they said she was on her way but couldn't text me because the app was hard to get a number from and she was driving. But she was actually a passenger and either way should have called a manager for them to reach out to me, I digress...) But I can honestly say I have never had such a disappointing and painful experience in getting my brows waxed. To be fair, the shape is fine. However, I am 3 days post wax and have dried scales of skin underneath my eye brows. It is still trying to heal from where it was ripped/burned and I am having to use makeup to cover up the redness on my brow. It still burns to even put moisturizer on my skin. Furthermore, in a complete first, my eye LIDS were swollen the day after my wax because they put the wax all the way down into the crease of my eye lids and ripped and aggravated the skin. Never had anyone do that. I assume it was because she was 25 minutes late for my appointment and 10 minutes late for the person after me so maybe she was rushing? I think she left the wax on for too long and put it in inappropriate and delicate areas. Either way, I can't recommend their services for brow waxing, not sure of other services they offer.

I needed a Brazilian and a haircut, and my teenage girls needed cuts & colors. We invaded on Saturday and were there pretty much all day. And we actually had so much fun! We all walked in with photos of what we wanted, and Rhonda listened, advised, and worked with us, so we all walked out with everything we wanted! The girls' hair looks amazeballs!! Especially my niece who had severely damaged her hair with non-professional dye jobs, WAY too strong bleach, and years of teenage experimentation and neglect.
