This place is still my go-to! Great customer service. They offer a glass of wine with upgraded pedicures. The sweat escape pedicure is so worth it. I always feel so refreshed afterwards. Not to mention, they have the largest selection of colors, matching gel color to regular polish so your mani & pedi can match. They also have a waiting area with a large tv for your guys, plus a bar! Kim, Lao, and Gabby are all amazing. I have been to coming here for a few years now and I am a forever customer. There truly is nobody else like them over here in Baldwin county! They always do a professional job and Gabby does a great massage. The shop is very clean and they always take their time. The salon is nice on the inside I'll give them that but the quality of work sucks. I had gel polish done on my hands and a regular pedicure with regular polish and it was expensive $60!! Mind you my nails had no polish on them when I arrived and I didn't get a manicure just had them painted. One of the more expensive places here in the daphne area for sure! My gel polish didn't even last 3 days before it started peeling and chipping. To make matters worse it was uneven and dented in spots probably from the multiple layers not drying enough which I felt rushed on. You could tell it wasn't flat and that she started it not very close to my cuticles, so by day 3 it looked pretty grown out. Don't bother calling the number provided to let them know about your services because it doesn't work. I won't be going back that's for sure! That's way too much money for basic services when there are plenty of quality salons around here. read more

In the beginning this was a really nice place with great customer service, but with my last visit my service was terrible and work was even worst. I spent $57 on my nails...$45 for a full set with gel polish and a $12 tip. The tech really didn't deserve the tip since she did communicate much and seemed somewhat bothered, but my nails looked really nice(so I thought!) a few days later my two index nails just popped off. It was very clear the nails were not bonded properly due to them snapping off with such minimal force. To make matters worse, I contact the salon and explain she tells me no nails are guaranteed and I would have to pay again, I have no problem with paying if it was a situation where I broke them due to negligence, but it's very clear that my nails were not properly bonded. I just hate I spoke so good about a place who treated me like trash in the end! read more

Do not take your kids in this place! They are very rude to children! They say very hurtful things to them without any hesitation what so ever! My daughter and I went in this morning for a mom and daughters day out. My daughter was so excited about the fact that she was going to get her little feet scrubbed and her toes painted that she could hardly wait! The first thing that happened was the lady that was doing my daughters feet began to talk about how chunky she was. At first I thought she was just kinda kidding around. I thought well, surely any minute she is going to shut her big mouth!! No!! Not her! She kept on and on and on and on!! Like she was getting a kick out of it! At one point she asked me if all of my kids were chunky! My daughters was so upset but held her feelings in until we got in the car. I was so upset to say the least!! Who would get pleasure out of picking on a kid anyway? I am posting this to get the word out so this never happens to another child ever again. I am asking everyone to please share this with everyone that you know! I am not trying to ruin anyone's business, I am simply trying to prevent this from happening to another child! I do not want another mom to endure what I had to endure this morning seeing my babies heart torn out one word at a time, by a grown woman!! What has this world come to!!? These ladies are loud, rude, and completely unprofessional. The ENTIRE time I received a manicure and pedicure, they were chatting and laughing with each other, discussing god knows what in their native language, and complaining about personal relationships with the customers. The owner repeatedly complained about her husband throughout my time there to me - I do not know her personally or her husband, so it was very awkward. They also clearly wanted to be anywhere but at work - they talked constantly about vacations, going home in 2 hours, etc. I understand they work long hours doing labor intensive and often times dirty work, but when I pay for a service (a pricey service at that), I expect a certain level of professionalism. The salon was not at all busy (I was 1 of 3 customers, there were 5 technicians working), however, they gave the mani and pedi at the same time. It was not relaxing and a rushed job. While receiving the pedicure, one of the girls pointed out a large scar on my knee to the others. I don't mind explaining why I have this scar (from a traumatic accident), but then one of the girls proceeded to LAUGH about it. WTF?! I know that this place has many regulars, and the staff maintains relationships with many customers. Maybe this is why the atmosphere is casual; that's totally fine to a certain degree. The one other time I have been here, I had a much more pleasant experience. Unfortunately, there is no way I'll ever come back again after today. read more
