I had to pick up after them when they left the first night where they left scraps and thier trash in the house. When I asked them to run the vacuum cleaner to remove the scraps of carpet left behind after the job was done. They refused and said that it was my job to do that. So we changed the carpet and added a couple of fresh coats of paint. Now all we needed was to find a company. We looked into two companys in the area and decided to go with Creekside. The other company was a bit "snobby" for my wife's liking and whenever they would courtesy call us, it was always someone else they had listed at our address. "Bear in mind" this was a new house on a new lot. Creekside was a little bit cheaper than the other company but not by much. However, the deciding factor for me is that it is COMPLETELY custom. The other company has specific lengths and widths that they try to sell or push on you. They didn't have as many metal finishes for fixtures as Creekside, as well. Creekside cuts every piece in shop. I visited their warehouse to make sure because it is an investment. The job was amazing. No wall in a house is straight and they still found ways to work around that. There was only one drawer that the wifey did not quite like. They made a brand new drawer and brought it out to us the next day, literally. It is an investment in my mind (need to make wifey happy), so you might as well get it completely custom. They even made one side of the closet completely incase my oversized gun safe.
