Eventually, the snake was found. now the business will not repair all the damage they caused in my home. Please note I paid them $800 plus the initial $150 for the initial service. This mistake will cost me an additional $800 to $1000 to fix my drywall. Buyer beware this company will take advantage of you if you are an elderly person. the $800 paid to them should not have been paid due to the hours occurred at my home were spent looking for an item of theirs that broke, not for what they were hired to do in the first place.

Do not hire this company. I hired Superior Mechanical Out of Rochester MN to install a new water…read moreheater, fix a cold water line and some other items. The bill was 3,000.00. I don't live at the home and when I went to the home I realized the new water heater and the cold water line doesn't work. I paid $2,500.00 in good faith and asked them to get the new water heater to work and fix the water line. They are unwilling to warrantee the new water heater or fix the Cold water line without the final $500 payment. They also said it will cost me additional money to come out and work on these items. I took it up with the BBB of Minnesota. I was trying to make progress In a professional like manner with the Better Business Bureau. Superior mechanical filed a lawsuit against me so the BBB closed their case due to the lawsuit. We go to court on September 3 but I still don't have a water heater that works.
