This experience was by far the best of any dental experience I have encountered! I was in and out in about an hour. Dr. Wilson kept me informed throughout. My situation was not without challenge - I had two root canals in one tooth! Oh, I was "referred" to Dr. Wilson by my wife who, too, was treated by Dr. Wilson several years prior. Let me not forget Stephanie who is kind and professional. When I called for appointment, I found that I had to wait about 7 weeks - unless an emergency, which mine was not. This company had to pay back money to the secondary insurance company. If you have 2 insurance coverage companies, watch the billing. A woman in that department attempted to gaslight me and make me feel like I was the one making a mistake. It was clear who was in the wrong when they paid the secondary insurance company back what was owed back to them. When I transferred to a different dentist, I requested records from this fraudulent dental billing. I was then once again gaslighted and was told I would have to pay for the records to be transferred. I threatened to turn everything over to the Ohio State Attorney General's office. Needless to say I did not pay to have those records transferred. And no, this is not my real name. I am choosing to use an alias to protect my anonymity.

In December, I underwent extensive cosmetic dental work, fully aware it wouldn't be covered by insurance. However, I scheduled a routine follow-up appointment for May--expecting it to be covered, as all my past routine visits had been with this office. After that May visit, I was surprised to receive a bill. When I called to ask why, I was told that as of January 1, the office no longer accepts Tricare--yet I was never notified. Apparently, letters went out in December to affected patients, but I was "accidentally left off" the list. Had I known this, I never would have proceeded with cosmetic work here, knowing I'd have to pay out of pocket for routine follow-ups. To make things worse, I was asked to sign a form at my last visit, which was summarized by the hygienist as "just confirming we expect this to be covered by insurance." That left me with the impression that nothing had changed. Only later did I learn this was not the case. This kind of oversight is not just inconvenient--it's costly. I feel completely blindsided and misled, and I'm now stuck with a bill for something I had every reason to believe would be covered. Patients deserve clear, timely communication--especially when it comes to something as important as insurance coverage. I won't be returning.

After spending $229 for their in-house insurance, I feel I've wasted my time and money and will be getting my $1,425 refunded next week. I absolutely do not recommend this awful business; however, the dental aid and dentist themselves were very nice people. I do not hold them accountable except for whoever sent the defective X-rays. It's the company itself that has ruined my experience.
