I had my cleaning and an additional treatment was recommended. I was told they would check with my insurance and "get back to me." After two months and hearing nothing, I contacted them. At that point I was told they hadn't done all the x-rays they needed to and could I get the old ones from my old dentist. Say what? They didn't do what they were supposed to, never got back to me and I have to do the legwork to resolve it! Although I asked twice why the x-rays weren't taking, they refused to answer. Basically, they dropped the ball, blew off their commitment to follow up and now tell me they can't do anything unless I get the x-rays they neglected to take. He cleaned my teeth and then walked out of the room. The receptionist asked me if I would like the filling done today, but I refuse to get teeth work done by someone who hates his job. Not to mention my cleaning done by him was the most aggressive teeth cleaning I have ever gotten done in my life. I feel bad for his clients and his staff.
