Braided black hair wig, lots of them,and some interesting leaf tea, and bean, and even saw soy bean flour which i never saw anywhere else. They also has a ton of stuff in the freezer, mostly sea food, whole fish etc. i can't figure out what country it is, so i asked the lady at the counter, she is very nice, and told me it's mostly African food and grocery. Really more of a convenient store than a market, Village market carries staples like bread, milk,…read moreeggs, deli meats and cheeses, soda, chips, candy, and beer. Conveniently located near a ton of Oakbrook subdivisions, this place is perfect for items that don't really require a trip to the grocery store. I always hate going to Super Kroger to grab bread and milk because they are on opposite sides of the mammoth store, making the trip much longer than it really needs to be. Village Market is only a few months old, so it's very clean and well stocked. There's also a liquor store next door if you need to pick up some wine or whisky. This place is probably just a three store joint, but because it saves me the headache of going to a big box grocery store, I'll give it an extra star.
