I had reserved a car with 2 rear facing car seats for airport pickup from PDX to NW Portland. The driver showed up with one rear facing only while the other one was front facing. We decided to make that work. But the bigger problem was the car seats were not installed. My husband had to spend 15min trying to install them while I stood out in the cold and rain with 2 screaming infants. On top of that the driver was rude and talked back to us like it was our fault. His driving felt like he was learning how to drive. Thanks Beaverton Airporter for the inconvenience and rude driver. Definitely do not recommend this company. After an international flight with 2 infants, dealing with a ride driver, car seat problems and bad driving are not appreciated. read more

A man with very bad gingivitis breath showed up in a white van to pick me up. Said his name was Alex. We talked with one another on a cell phone he used. The number was (503) 764-0199. I walked out to the outer edge of the transit area where he was waiting. The one just past the standing cab line. Struggling with a walker and a bag, he made no effort to help me. His manner was smiling and animated. After I was in the car, we didn't move. I said "let's go". Alex replied, no, "We are waiting for another passenger." I've already waited, I said, let's go right now. He became angry, claiming that I was responsible for his lost fare. He waved his phone around, repeating "I can prove it, I can prove it!!" I moved to get out and walk to the waiting taxi. The door was locked. He unlocked it. A woman named Sue showed up. I took the path of least resistance, and stayed in the car. He took me home first. I live in senior housing with a busy, covered front entrance with a sliding door. In the driveway, Alex, started acting up again. When I offered cash, he said "That's good, because I don't have to report it." He turned a screen toward me, and it looked like the record vanished. I paid $55 in cash. Alex got out, tossed my bag and walker into the snow. I told he Alex needed to move them out of the weather. He tossed them again, in front of the sliding door, asking mockingly "Is that OK? Showed up on time the last 2 times, clean comfortable vans. But I always get quoted a higher price. Paying in cash, booked a Senior rate, etc. I'm a little frustrated. Drivers could be more friendly, but there never rude! read more

Worst experience of my life dealing with a rude driver who showed up demanding to be paid despite the fact that I tried to cancel the reservation. I paid him in full since I did not cancel the reservation 12 hours in advance so the fault was definitely mine. He also lied about the fact that they had called 24 hours earlier to confirm the reservation which they simply did not. But that still doesn't mean that I have to put up with the rudeness and disrespect that this business seems to be heaping upon their customers. I am not even bothered about the fact that I lost 58 dollars. I would much rather warn people away from shoddy business like this. read more

Our company uses Beaverton Airporter for Corporate rides to and from the Portland, Or. airport. It was not to recently where we ran into problems. Main issue was one of our employees flying a day before to the same destination forgot one of his suitcases. I brought it along. Beaverton Airporter charged me an extra $10.00 saying we had more than one bag. Perhaps taking lessons from the airliners. So even with our $55.00 per trip and we put a tip on top............they wanted more even as we were one person in a large van . So we have disqualified this service as it is misleading for our company budgets to work with. Linn N. read more

I have taken many trips with Airporter. Very nice, great ride and prompt service. If they are running a few minutes late they will call. I even had delays with a broken plane. They stuck around 2 hours to pick me up. Nothing but good things to say. I ride with them again this week. read more

Been using Beaverton Airporter for many years. Always reliable, friendly and on time.

I had a wonderful experience with them....but it was just 1 time. I realized super last minute that uber doesn't pick up from the Portland airport. Enter Beaverton Airporter....I called them with a few hours notice and they were able to accommodate me. The guy on the phone was very professional. The driver texted me when I landed and I met him at "island 3". He took me to Beaverton and was very courteous. It was $45 (but the price depends on where exactly you are going). I also added a tip. I didn't know what time I was going back to go back to the airport so went with Uber. I was shocked that it was $49.10....when tip is included just a small bit cheaper than the airporter. I am assuming Beaverton Airporter fixed things up (got great drivers and decreased prices?) due to the recent challenges with Uber/Lyft/etc. But I just wanted to let everyone know this is a solid option when flying into Portland. read more

Do not use this service. I just witnessed a Beaverton Airporter force its way in front of a truck! It was scary and shocking. The truck just made space for a car to pull in front of it and then the airporter came down the shoulder and tried to force its way in between the truck and the car. The truck couldn't move over and the airporter just kept shoving the nose of the car in front of the truck. I will never use the service after witnessing this beavior. I won't recommend Beaverton Airporter to anyone who considers their safety important. read more

They call you the day before to confirm the day/time and when they arrive at the airport to pick you up. They are the best! read more

Now this is the way to go to the airport!!!! Few days ago I booked online. Shortly got an email confirmation. Day before pickup got phone call confirming my 4:30 AM pickup. Next day they showed right on time! Nice courteous driver. Impeccably clean van nice fresh smell. Even had water bottles for all seats! Gentle classical music. Seats cushy. Nice smooth ride! Worst ever! Deserves a zero rating. The driver was very late and extremely rude! We ended up getting out and driving ourselves! Almost missed our flights! Good thing we had carryon bags and a boarding pass. The office lady was nice but can she do with this poor excuse for a human being driver. Next time I will use the Hillsboro Airporter-they have better reviews. I should have checked before calling this horrible company. read more
