Had a bad experience with a pre-paid order from my daughter, who lives in Europe. I agreed to pick up the order and deliver it. The order included a card caption. I called them immediately after eventually discovering there was no card, and they said they usually don't do cards when someone picks up an order. REALLY? (seems strange since order specified text for a card). They offered to have me return to their store for a card, in other words, make two trips, but it was too late. I'm not sure why they think their incompetence should make inconvenience for me, but I guess that is what they do. It's obvious these people either don't check their work, don't care, or are just cutting corners. Heaven knows their flowers are NOT cheap. In case Yelp wants to squelch my report as they usually do bad reports, please call Beaverton Florist to confirm, and avoid these people if you can. I received a picture of my choice of flower arrangement before it was sent to my family member. The arrangement was skillfully and artfully done, and I was able to choose an arrangement from many examples that was well worth the value. I was grateful to get the picture prior to the delivery. The flower arrangement was delivered the next day at a very reasonable delivery charge, and I received a notice from Beaverton Florists that the delivery was made, another courteous service of the Beaverton Florists. The staff person who helped me choose the arrangement was very helpful with the details of the purchase and made this transaction simple and rewarding. My first time ordering flowers with out know what kind of services or product they would have . I lOoked them up on the internet.. I'm on California ! I was extremely happy with there customer service I spoke to Brandy ??? I hope that was her name??? She did an amazing job explaining the pricEs and why kind of flowers I wanted .. I places my order about 11:30 am and they were delivered by 1:45 too quick if you ask me .. they don't even do that here in my town ... I haven't sent flowers in years. Decided to send flowers to my senior mom for her birthday during this pandemic since she can't go anywhere to celebrate. Beaverton Florist sent me a picture of what my mom would see before they were delivered. They rang the door bell and left them on her porch. She called me saying the flowers were so beautiful described each one. I said I know they sent me a photo so I could see too. We got to share the beauty of the flowers even though we weren't together. That photo meant so much to me. Highly recommend! I ordered flowers and wine through their website for a friend who lives in Beaverton (I live out of town) for her birthday. The flowers are beautiful and at a reasonable price! It's very simple to order online and they have different payment options (PayPal, etc.) and they have tons of beautiful flower arrangements to choose from!
