I took my daughter here to get her nails and toes done for prom. I also decided to get a pedicure since I was there. We got there at 10 on the dot and someone was already there getting their nails done. We sat in the massage chairs and the two ladies got to work. They took their time and made small talk along the way. They were very nice. I had foot surgery a few years ago and my tech was very cautious around the incision area. She did a great job. I do believe the owner did my daughter and her nails and toes look amazing. Now, the price to me was a bit much but I haven't had a pedicure or manicure in years so I don't know what the prices are these days. $170 for 2 pedicures, and a dip powder manicure for seems a lot but again, the last time I had a pedicure, it was like $25 and a full set of acrylics was $20. Obviously, proces have gone up since those sweet days. I'll definitely go back for a pedicure. I really like my color and she did an excellent job. I feel like the look better today. Lol read more

I'm disappointed to say that I need to find a new place to get my maintenance pedicure. Due to in-grown toenail problems on my big toes, a bi-monthly professional cut is necessary. This salon used to provide a "no-frills" Express service. Recently, they did away with the Express service. Because of this, my cost went up over $10. The extras provided for the no-frills service are not worth it. I need to find another place to get a low-cost pedi. Sadly, this place has lost my business. read more

I used to really like BeBe's and sometimes they are great but anytime I get the unfortunate luck of getting Lee - I should always leave... He is horrible, super arrogant, cuts you with the drill, tries to do something you didn't come in for then gets mad when you say no... Stopped going for awhile and needed my nails done and they were open, no wait but I get Lee... I do dip every time and what I said I was there for when I walked in. Instead of soaking the dip off he grabs a acrylic nail and starts to put them under the dip on my nails and pry it off. I said what are you doing? He said takes right off... At this point my original nails are mangled and destroyed. He then proceeds to try to put a acrylic layer over my nails and I said I don't want that, I want dip. He says this is better and I said that's not what I want. He wipes it off and tells me I have to have the other guy do it. Which is exactly what he did another time when he tried to do this "better" thing I didn't ask for and would have charged me $96... The other guy who started working on my nails now that my nails are ruined and all he kept doing was apologizing. He saw the mess Lee did, the cuts on my cuticles and tried everything he could to make them look good. They turned out ok but my original nails are so thin now, my cuticles look like crap and was charged full price for them... Will never go back and based on many other reviews Lee should not be doing nails!! read more

Staff was not helpful or friendly, I was burned several times by the water, towel, the male tec cut my nails down until they were bleeding, then doused in alcohol, I had nail polish all over my skin. The nail station was filthy, other people's nail fragments strewn about, and of course no one can understand anything that I am saying. The men laughed and joked in their language. I made an appointment three weeks in advance and still had to wait over 35 minutes to even be sat in a pedicure chair, I then waited another 15 minutes and still no one even had the courtesy to give a time frame on when the nail tech would get started. I made this appointment far enough in advance as my daughter is graduating high school. They kept taking customers and no social distancing and the lady at the front wasn't even wearing a mask. The last time I came here I had to wait almost hour after having an appointment that time as well and my gel nail polish chipped within 3 days and my nail broke. Never again! I just walked out today and I won't be back. They lost a good customer. They shouldn't make appointments if they can't honor their customers appointment time. Ruined my nails! I went in for gel polish on my toes and fingers and won't be going back. The guy that did my nails hurt me and made me flinch when cutting around my toe nails. He sanded my finger nails down so much that they started to break off once my gel polish was removed, my thumb is still recovering 4+ weeks later. Their tools are dirty and have clearly not been cleaned in a long time. Please stay away. read more

Came for a day relaxation after an exhausting day at the doctor. To my dismays the nail tech brush during the first set kept pulling my hands then he put out his cell phone to check his email! Wow! Went this morning as a walk-in. I waited about 30 minutes, not bad. I was happy they were busy:) First time ever getting a mani dip. Bebe nails was open on Sunday and my normal salon was not so I opted to go to Bebe. I went for a pedicure and a shellac polish on my fingers and toes. My bill was $151. When I said a pedicure I did not specify so they automatically gave me the deluxe which was $72 and the other $79 was for a manicure and shellac polish. Complete rip off. I suggest finding a different nail salon! I wish I could post a picture of my polish because I'm not impressed. read more

This was my first and last time at BeBe nails. I came here because they were open later on Saturday but it was not worth it. Besides the fact that the guy hurt me several times burning me with the drill and also with his filing. He made light of when he kept hurting me. I asked for a natural ombre he asked me pink and white and I said yes but natural. I am African-American I have brown skin and a bright pink base does not work well for brown skin. I kept telling him that it's too pink he just laughed and ignored me. It was not a language barrier because he could talk clearly on plenty of other things. Then when I left the amount was $65 for a fill which when I questioned the girl because I saw 60 written on the sheet she said we charge tax. The tax was $4.05 and she said we automatically round up to the next dollar which even she had no idea why they would do that. Yeah won't be back at all. read more

I have been a client since the day they opened and have been extremely satisfied with every appt. All of the techs are excellent and very detail oriented. They all take their time and you never feel rushed. I recommend making an appointment, but have walked in several times. There have been the occasional times where I have had to wait 15-20 min for my appt, but it was well worth it. read more

I was initially a huge fan of theirs and would recommend them to everyone... After today not so much :( My fingers are THROBBING they hurt so bad. They were bleeding when I left! And he just put the instruments back where he got them WITHOUT CLEANING! I went in asking for just a dip polish change and picked out a color and the guy said he had a better idea and gave me not at all what I wanted. I'm all for trying new things and taking their suggestions, but then I was charged $86 and on their prices it says dip is $50...? So he charged me $36 extra dollars after doing what HE wanted to. It was a long day for me and my fingers hurt so bad I didn't even catch it until I was home way later. I will not be going back or recommending them to anyone. It's unfortunate too because they have so many excellent people there that do such a fabulous job but this completely turned me off of them and there's way too many other places in the area that won't do this. read more
