I've been coming here for years but latest manicure was bad. I got a regular manicure for a wedding week-end on a Thursday. Friday morning 2 of the nails peeled off in the shower. Over the week-end 3 more peeled off. I had to buy nail polish and re-do them, and of course, it didn't match. Called owner and he said I must have washed my hands with soap and water when I got home! And by selective - they charge what they want, prices fluctuate, and they price gouge when they think you're not going to tip. So I already have a bad taste in my mouth about coming here as soon as I walked in. I called before I headed over and asked them if I could make an appointment with them for a pedicure. He then asked me what time did I want to come in and I replied with what time would they be free for me to make an appointment? He asked me if anyone could do it and told me that if I came in right now they could assist me. Of course I rushed out of what I was doing and drove here quickly. And of course when I went to sign in, there was 7 people in front of me. Seriously?! I wanted to avoid the wait that's why I wanted to schedule an appointment but when you tell me to come now, of course I rushed over here! It took me 5 min to get here from where I was. I am truly disappointed right now and there are all new workers!! Where in the world is Peter!!!!?!?! So after waiting for 20 minutes... My mood has totally changed!! The man worker talked to me throughout the whole time and gave me quality service and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I am very happy with my service here rather than across the street at LUV. When they massaged my calves and feet, they truly give you a relaxing massage. Across the street at LUV they slap on that lotion and call it a massage...here they scrub your calves and feet with some good aroma and then they rinse it off and lather you with lotion and massage you. My 14 yr old daughter went there with my SIL. She wanted Acrylics for the first time so I said ok. She said the guy who did her nails kept smacking her hand even though she told him she's never had her nails done before and doesn't know how her hands should be placed. She told him she wanted them short. She asked for a Hello Kitty face on one nail each hand. He told her he could do it. It cost $75 and she came home with extra long nails and the Hello Kitty was awful. The paint job was terrible and the nails were uneven! I wanted to take her back to get them fixed but they were closed the next day and she refused to go to school like that. I had a friend fix them for her. Do not recommend at all! read more

The customer service at this salon is seriously lacking. I came in to get a full set and my nails looked great when I left. However, I quickly realized they were too long. I called about 30 minutes after leaving to ask if I could come back to have them filed down and was told yes. When I arrived, it was clear that it was an issue. I believe it was the owner who worked on me. He filed them and then told me to go wash my hands. When I came back and sat down he told me to leave, he was done with me. My nails were still very sharp on the edges and clearly crooked. If he had told me it would be too much trouble to have them fixed, I would have accepted the length and gotten used to it. read more

I went as soon as they opened on a Monday morning and no one was there which was perfect because no wait and it didn't feel rushed. The nail tech was nice, understood me well and did a good job making my nails short and the shape I wanted. It's your average salon so nothing fancy but the price is right, it's friendly and they did a good job so I'll be back. Their gel color selection is really limited, though compared to places like Venetian. I paid $30 for a gel manicure. read more

I had an appointment for dip polish and they charged me for services I did not ask for. The lady also rushed and didn't ask me what shape I wanted my nails. She just did whatever she wanted. I visited Creation Nails for the first time today unexpectedly. They are located right up the street from my house so it was a very convenient location while having a nail emergency (lol). Earlier today I had an acrylic full set done at a different nail salon and needless today it was a terrible job. I'm in a wedding this weekend and the fact that my nails looked crappy bothered me. So I stopped at Creation Nails on my way home at the end of the night and they pretty much welcomed me with open arms (even though they were getting ready to close). April, the technician that helped me, did a fantastic job of fixing my nails, smoothing them out, and making them the shape I wanted with precise attention to detail. I would never recommend this nail salon since after going I ended up wirh FUNGUS ON ALL TEN NAILS!! I had to go to two drs including a dermatologist to get medication..which is very hard on your body and even comes with dangerous side effects. After 10 months my nails are STILL not back to 'normal' but much better. I had to clean them...trim Them..and a lot of TLC to even getting them back to looking presentable. Working in customer care it was embarrassing down to painful physically to have them be fungus all under the nails and bleeding as well. I reported them to the Ohio Board of Cosmatology and the salon refused to go to a 'hearing' but instead opted to pay the 250$ fine!! Small fine for what I had to go through!!! read more

Aweful! Appointment for 2 at 3 oclock but had to wait a half hour for anyone to help us. Manicure and pedicure had little effort put into them and then my "shellac" manicure chipped the next day toes are great still going strong so I think my hands had some level of technician error. I loved this place until recently and I will never go back. The customer service is not good at all and making appointments is useless if they are not going to see the people at the time they come for their appointment. This happened twice to me and it clearly shows you they don't care about their regular clientele as much as they show you they do. People that serve you are rude especially the lady that's the best at doing nails close to the pedicure chairs, she only greets her personal clients. One lady at the pedicure bowl cuts your cuticles so deep your feet bleed. They all are very rough. And recently we made an appointment for July 24th for 4pm. When we came in we had to sit down for 30 minutes because everybody was taken. Nobody asked us who we're here to see or if we had an appointment. A client after us came in and the lady that is best at everything walks up and greets her and tells her to come back in an hour. Meanwhile still no service or greeting from anyone. When we finally get called over by Tony, he files 8 of my nail color off my nails then sends me to another nail tech and accepts a new client and sits them at the same chair he just was filing my nails at. I felt like that was so degrading and rude. I'm done With this place and their lack of professionalism and this is the second time I have had a bad experience. The first time was when I made an appointment and they did my toes first. Everyone was doing nails so again I had to wait 45 mins for Tony to even call me over to his chair. I sat their with a fresh pedicure and I had prior arrangements so I just came back the next day. My nails were done sloppily and had a lot of air bubbles on one nail. The customer service is fucking horrible, the older Chinese woman kept catching an attitude and rolling her eyes because A client didn't was " taking too long " to chose a color . Then when asked why she rolled her eyes and shook her head she proceeds to lie about it even though we all seen her do it . The service I seen provided to that lady was enough for me to walk out and take my money else where . Where the customer service is 10x better. read more

After reading previous reviews, I decided to try this salon yesterday. Very friendly, although not very busy and competatively priced. Didn't have to tell them ahead of time that I was tipping on my credit card, like other salons. Was extremely pleased with how well my technician paid attention to detail and fixed what the previous salon messed up. Very quiet but she was very pleasant and engaging in conversation. Kristie made my nails look great and I will definitely spread the word and will absolutely come back! This place is Parma's best kept secret and is not very busy so I hope people get the word and come here to get their nails done! read more

They told me about how long the wait would be, I returned early and they were ready for me in about 5 minutes.
