I went in to get a fill in which Johnny did an amazing job. He took his time, was friendly and I had a wonderful relaxing time getting my nails done. I came in with my young daughter, she was hoping to get her nails done too and I did not mention it ahead of time. They were so awesome, fit her in the schedule, made adjustments to the color she wanted so it would be even more fabulous and let her chit chat like one of the girls. They do such a great job. Very clean. My gel manicure always lasts 3 weeks. I recommend making an appointment because they get very busy.

I would not recommend this place whatsoever. When u walk in it's extremely quiet and there 4 rows of nail techs... this gives off almost like a factory vibe. The nail tech girl did not understand what i wanted. I paid 81$ for a short/ medium full set. They are chunky and sloppy. She took 45 minutes which is nice but it looks like it only took 45 minutes. Do people honestly read reviews? Do the owners and their staff? In case everyone does, I'm going to share my thoughts. My only hope...the owner and staff learn from this and are more respectful and gracious to their clients. First, if you do not want walk-in appts, please do not offer them. They'll have to find another place that isn't as busy for their needs. I watched a woman come in with no appointment and they took her back. Hooray! Or was it? It was far from Hooray! :( To then treat her so poorly, that her fingers were so swollen and hurting once finished. All due to the roughness and rushing of the manicure she walked in to have. She had arthritis and did not share that with the woman who did her manicure. She should have said something. I'm sure this establishment has worked on many women and men both, who have medical needs to work on carefully with. Whether someone has arthritis or not, I don't think anyone should leave there in any kind of discomfort. Do you? Also, you should keep in mind there are now apps on our phones that can tell us what you're saying. I am one of those people, who has always found it so rude when you're working on someone and you start chatting away with your co-workers, with laughs and side eyes. To then read you're saying disparaging remarks about that woman!! She came prepared with the color of polish she wanted and the woman argued with her, which was a bit hard to follow due to the accent. All she wanted was what she had before and walking in with the pictures and names of the polish used...no brainer. Easy. Just do as the client wants. Don't argue and make them question what they wanted. That was such a shame to watch. It took her even longer due to her NOT DOING WHAT THE CLIENT WANTED. The client was actually right and you should have listened to her. It wasn't anything too fancy. I watched this happening and so mad at myself for not saying anything at the time. I spoke with her after her appointment in the parking lot and I apologized for not speaking up. It shocked me when she said she came in earlier and asked if there was an opening and they told her they had something around 1 or 3. She was ok with that. So she came back. Thinking that was ok with staff and someone would have time. Why else would they book a client? She told me she had a wonderful experience when she came in the first time with Daisy. She shared her manicure was flawless and exactly what she wanted. And she had a pedi too. Which she showed me and I agreed with her it was perfect. (Blue on toes isn't my thing. Lol.) The actual work was clearly great bc her toes still looked fabulous. I'm not sure of the name of the woman who worked on her this past weekend and she wasn't either. She thought maybe Star? Maybe she was the Manager even, since she was in charge of the book. Personally, I hope she's wrong. If that's the Manager...she needs more training on how to treat clients with care and kindness. What killed me!!!??? SHE GAVE THAT WOMAN A 25% TIP?!?!?! Why on earth would you do that?!?! She said "I felt she must have been having a pretty sad day and hoped maybe a little extra $ could buy her a cup of yummy coffee or a treat to turn her day around. Just a small gesture." Wow! Just WOW! Sorry for the long review but I felt it important to get this said for all of us. Every.One.Of.Us!!! Do better! Be a better person to your clients. Be respectful to everyone. VERY satisfied with this nail salon. I'm extremely picky about my nails and where I go to get them done. This is the 3rd gel manicure I've gotten done this week because I'm that picky. They were able to fit me in for an appointment the day I called. My nail tech was very nice and detail oriented, just what I needed. He really made sure that I liked the colors once they were on my nails, took extra care to make sure my nails were perfect, and even put an extra top coat on because I told him my last manicure at a different place was already chipping and it had been less than a week. I'll definitely come back here. The price is absolutely worth it and the quality is hard to find elsewhere. read more

Got a pedicure and dip mani. They got me right in and were super friendly. He took his time with everything, and kept checking with me throughout both to make sure I was ok and he wasn't hurting me.
