I only gave this a 1 star because you have to at least do 1. This was my 3rd time going to Bebe. The first 2 times where great!!! Tina was doing my nails,she was quick and efficient. This last time was HORRIBLE!!!! I always schedule appointments, I arrived 5 min early like always. The lady told me she was running behind and should arrive soon. 15 mins pass by and one other girls asked if she would like to start my nails I said sure. Tina didn't end up showing till 30min later. Didn't even take over. I ended up having to leave and coming back due to me having another appointment I had schedule. When came back all the lady needed to do was shape and paint my nails. She took 45 mins to do this. I brought my own gel color in. When came ready to pay she charged me $36 I never had to pay that in previous times was always $30. I had a few nails that needed to be repaired so they charged my $6 I asked if that could be waved since they where 30min late and had to come back, nope still charged. HORRIBLE!!! Worst friggen nails ever! I purchased a full set + pedicure with gel polish. I received thick wide bumpy nails, glue all over the place and my pink gel polish turned brown in 4 days. I literally had to get them removed the following week. The guy did my pedicure, he clipped my skin more than twice "ouch" and he just did a very poor job! I couldn't get out of there fast enough. What a waste of money! To top off the bad nails, the salon was stuffy and there were files all over the place. Never going back! 1 star is being nice. read more

Bebe has a great nail shop and wonderful new pedicure stations! They are super sanitary with the new bag technology! Her massage is wonderful and she is super friendly! I highly recommend her and her staff! read more

Bebe is fantastic! I'm so happy for her new adventure as the owner of her own nail salon, she deserves it. Bebe does such a thorough job of cleaning up the nail bed and cuticles that my polish stays on my toes for almost 4 weeks, and I'm hard on my pedicures. Her staff is all very well trained as well. Worst pedicure I have had in years. I had a gift certificate and chose the deluxe. I was disappointed. My cuticles were not trimmed, there was polish on the cuticles when I was done and the polish chipped much too quickly. read more

The ladies were very friendly. Took both of us as walk ins did awesome pedis and a good job at waxing my eyebrows.

To be brutally honest I strongly disliked my experience when I first walked in it was so cramed full of people me and my friend had to stand. I made an appointment for 4:30 and I when we did get a chance to actually get our nails done it was already 5:45. I ended up getting the chance to get squeezed in it was terrible first he was filing my nails to hard so they got way to thin he then glued on very long tips (about 2 or 3 in.) I then told him theu were to long so he cut them with safety sisors and the all fell of so he had to reglue each one about 3 or four more times and he then did more stuff that I didn't ask for and charges me more in the end they came out lop sided and ugly if I could give it zero stars I would DO NOT GO HERE read more

In a rush the whole time I was getting acrylics, her daughter kept coming up telling her they had to leave while she was doing my nails. She never did anything with my cuticles and the shape of my nails were so bad I had to go home and re shape them myself. read more

I came to this salon for a dipping powder manicure, my first time visiting. I discussed with the manicurist the color I wanted from the samples provided. The first was too dark, so I chose a pretty medium pink with some sparkles and gave her the number (422), twice. My complaints are; there was no "manicure." She shoved my cuticles back, not first using any oil or cuticle cream. Ouch, it hurt a bit. There was no trimming of the cuticles either. If you've ever had the dip powder color, you know it can be difficult to see exactly how it will look when done because of the dullness. When she was finished, it was a blood red color. Not a bad color, just not what I had asked for. When I told her it was not the color I had asked for, but that it was fine, she told me I was wrong. Three times she told me I was wrong. What?? I was not asking for or expecting anything, but, I do I know what color I chose! Not going back, ever. read more

I have tried several different nail salons since I moved to Auburn, and I have been most pleased with BeBe Nails and Spa. The location is very convenient, just past Luther Road off Hwy 49, and there is always parking available. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated with a large flat screen television mounted for patrons to watch while having a manicure or pedicure. All of the manicurists at BeBe's are friendly and courteous and have done an excellent job for me on both manicures and pedicures. I would give no stars if I could. Dirty salon, used tools (none used on me seemed disinfected). My nails are crooked, not the shape I paid tne extra $5 for, and they are COVERED in air bubbles. I was being harassed to get gel nails by a woman who wasn't even doing my nails. I saw a woman wash dishes in the front sink and then leave it there to dry. Very unprofessional. My nail woman was yelling in my ear at her son who was running around the salon. Worst nails and customer service I have ever experienced. read more
