Warren next to Food Pride Supermarket the name is *bebe* nail and spa her chair is number 3 and you might want to avoid her if you want a have decent set of nails PERIOD other than that the atmosphere and the rest of the people seem to be pretty nice. Pedicure time! I came to this location with my aunt who gets her nails done here all the time. I was serviced by Peter and received the Golden Pedicure featuring a golden soak powder, sugar scrub and foot masque. The massage with the hot, steamy towels was excellent. Look at the most recent reviews and it will reveal a lot about the 'true' service. Eyebrow wax experience has been good, but nails are a different story. I've found that the nail technicians (mostly the males) are rude, condescending, and treat women as if ' you're lucky I'm doing your nails'. I've had my toes done a few times and there is always an upsell for powder, scrubs, masques, etc. On the pedicure I had done by a male, he kept badgering me on which 'service' I wanted, (all different unnecessary body polishes that were about $1 worth of product and 5 minutes of massaging for exorbitant prices that should not be charged in nail shop inside a C grade shopping center). It was annoying, but I did it once and it wasn't worth the $15 to $20! Never again. He then asked and had me select a color,( I selected the color and told him the number) and as I watched him put the color one, I told him it was NOT the color (I gave him a number because his English-speaking skills were not strong) and he proceeded to tell me "It's OK". I pointed out that they were an orange red instead of the blue red I selected (and showed him my nail color on my fingernails), and he just went on his merry way to continue to paint them. And THEN when he was finished, he tried to tell me they were 'OK'. I said 'no' because they won't match the dress that I'm wearing! As if a woman doesn't have the right when paying for a service to get precisely what SHE paid for, and that his mistake is 'OK' and acceptable. The second mistake t I made was going a second time for my finger nails while another condescending male (who was clearly in a rush to get me done so he could move on to another client). He kept switching my hands back and forth to get the nails to dry faster. I showed him where the nails had previously chipped to alert him to be more attentive, and he blamed me. "Well...it looks like you peeled off the nail and that's why that happened. Next time they peel, come back here and we'll fix it for you". Soooo...... when it happened again in less than 10 days (I did them on 5/19 and didn't have time to go back until 5/28), I did go back in and he once again 'blamed me'. "Well....your nail has grown...that's why that happened. And we only guarantee for 2 to 3 days. I then asked 'But why are my cuticles peeling so much? I think maybe you cut them too much. Again, the response was " NO, your nails grew, and your hands are oily, not smooth like mine, so that's why that happened. You should have had acrylic '. read more

They have horrible service they charged my disabled daughter for and peppermint pedicure after I told them to just due a regular pedicure, and her feet still was peeling and just bad service. $68. Horrible Service I asked for coffin shaped nails the nail tech was rude when I explained that the shape was incorrect. I then asked for the manager who came over and I showed him that the style was not what I asked for he informed me that all the nail could do is cut them down to square shape I said that was fine. I went here on a whim, because my regular nail spot only does appointments. I went for a pedicure and it was extremely rushed. Now granted, I got the basic pedicure which was $25, but the service including polish lasted only 20-25 mins. He kept trying to up sell me to the $45 package which I wasn't spending in this subpar salon. The polish wasn't the best quality. It hasn't been a full 2 weeks and my polish is chipped and it doesn't look like I've even had a pedicure less than 2 weeks ago. Moral of the story is you get what you pay for. I'll be sticking to my quality appointment only salon from now on. read more

I want to start off by saying I am a minority business owner and love to support other minority owned businesses. I spent nearly 3 hours here. All I got was a pedicure, soak off (only 4 nails), and simple full set. A good pedicure is very hard to come by these days, IF I return to this place, it would only be to get a pedicure. They had me soaking my nails off for nearly an hour without anyone checking in. Somehow my very simple full set was $75. I have never spent that much on a full set. Sadly I have noticed these type of nail shops to be very quantity over quality based. Very cheap products used to have the audacity to charge $75 for a solid color set. Poor quality, unpleasant service. The nail person spoked with a very thick Vietnamese - English accent, I could not understand what she was telling me and she made no attempt to speak more slowly. I asked for a gel/Shellac removal and regular manicure. She removed the gel polish, filed the nails and started to apply polish without performing manicure or applying base coat. When I asked why she didn't do manicure and why she did not apply base coat, she just ignored me and continued polishing my nails. The salon was not busy at the time, the nail person afterwards curled up in the pedicure chair with her cell phone. Never again!! read more

There are only three good nail techs here yet all of them are rude and nasty. I have tried to politely resolve this issue but it did not end that way. I told them that someone did my nails badly and they offered to fix them, they said to call at my earliest convenience, which is when I saw the message, I called and they told me that I would have to pay for the fix because I called more than 48 hrs later. When I went up there to have them fixed, I sat there for over an hour and even watched another customer get assaulted by employee Tony after she asked for another technician. He snatched her up three times then aggressively cut her. I told her to make a police report and another employee came and assaulted me and feigned ignorance to the hurt she caused me.  We told the manager and she did not care, even when I stood up for the customer who was assaulted.  After all that, I still don't have the acrylic off of my nails. I decided that they weren't worth the smudge on my clean record and decided that I will just grow the acrylic off of my nails.  I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND YOU NEVER SHOULD. read more

SUPPORT BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES! Like so many other Asian established businesses, they set up shop in black neighborhoods, but treat black customers like dogs. I witnessed a young lady coming back to complain about her eyelash extensions. The technician wouldn't even look her in the eye as she spoke & after she left they called her GHETTO. The last straw for me was today when the nail technician (who wears a scully) became angry & flat out refused to fix a smudged nail after she did a piss poor job on my eyebrows. I went to Bebe Nails & Spa for a shellac removal and regular manicure. Despite my protests, the nail technician used an electric file to remove the shellac, resulting in rough, scratched up nails. I actually needed a manicure to hide their appearance! The technician then trimmed my cuticles and painted my nails. I left with two bleeding fingers and bubbles throughout the polish. Terrible experience. I will not be returning. read more
