Crappiest business I have ever shopped at. The store associates are incapable of really providing any customer service...maybe because they are not trained maybe because they are new (well that is what the manager told me after I called because I had been waiting 5 days for something I ordered). I had ordered a pair of leggings and the associate said they were going to come from a store in CA...I said great I paid for them plus shipping and waited (they stated they should come from the CA store in 3-5 days)...I waited, I waited so on day 5 I finally called the store and then the manager stated that they were actually ordered from Bebe online which I could of done myself...and picked how fast I wanted them. The manager explained to me that they she was hiring a lot of new people and also that the person I was dealing with May have not known or been fully trained...really you put people on the floor to deal with people's money who are not trained? They also don't tell you when they ship something to you UPS takes the first half of shipping the order then the USPS takes the actual finally delivery (and we all the know the US postal Service is so spot on) so my order took about 7 days get to me...so much for 3-5.... I love my leggings but the service at this location is some of the worst. read more

Still overpriced for hot going out clothes...ok Ill splurge!!! This location is west end of Woodfield Mall near the Gap kids. Nice size location with a great selection. Sales team is friendly but not too pushy to purchase their beautifully expensive clothing. They usually seem to be having a sale going on. When I went, it was 50% off their size items, so cute dresses for $25! Can't beat that! Their quality is also pretty good as well...Ive never had an issue with their clothing. If you need a hot outfit for a night out or a date night, definitely check them out! read more

Purchased two dresses from this location, never will I purchase from this location again. I found a different outfit to wear to my event so I returned both dresses at separate times. The second time I went in to return the second dress the woman at the counter accused me of wearing the dress and putting the tag back into the dress. I assured her I wore a different outfit and showed her a picture of what I wore. The small hole she found must have been from the previous owner which leads me to believe they are selling worn items. I felt very uncomfortable and I did not appreciate being accused. She told me she would do it for me "this time" as if I should feel lucky to have this done for me. Do not purchase from this store if you plan on returning if you find something better to wear to your events. They will make it a big deal. However, I will add the young French girl who took care of me was very nice and respectful I hate to take away her sale but if the clothing does not work it does not work. She did tell me if I do not want the dresses I can return them no problem which was not the case. read more

I have been a loyal Bebe customer for almost 10 years now. Most of my wardrobe comes from Bebe. Recently I stopped by the Bebe in Scahumberg, and I was impressed with it's size! I had a return with me. I did take off the tag - which was my fault. BUT I had the recepit and it was w/ in the 21 days. The manager on duty refused to take it back. I informed him I did not want cash, but I was going to probably purchase something that day in the store. He still said no. I begged for him to make an exception. He still said no. It was just very cold, and it was upsetting because I wasn't asking for much, I wasn't rude. C'mon! I KNOW they could make an exception if they wanted to. I purchased a 49.00 shirt on Saturday. I tried it on at home took the tags off on Tuesday. The shirt is cut to low in the front. Came back to store on Thursday to exchange. The cashier said no exchange with the tags off. I lost 49.00 because they will not exchange it ridiculous! READ THE FINE PRINT ON RECEIPT! !!! Despite the store having amazing clothes, the customer service at this location is a 0 star. My experience today with store management and store enployees was terrible. The associates were rude and inconveniencing. I will continue to shop at bebe, but most definitely not this location. Coming out of my way to this location was a waste of my peace and sanity. I came in a few months ago with my girlfriend to return a dress that she changed her mind about. The dress still had the tag on it but we did not have the receipt, she's a part of the bebe rewards program/bebe loyalty program and part of the program allows the stores to keep track of the receipt-with that information in mind we drove to Schaumburg to make the return and the manager(short blonde hair) refused, she gave us attitude and turned us away. I have been a long time customer of bebe and I love the customer service I receive from other stores (Michigan Ave.)l however, extremely arrogant employees EVERY single visit consistently across the team of employees at this Woodfield location. How professional is it to complain about your job in front of customers? Resentful when asked for help. Will bedgrudgingly answer questions about products then complaining after the shopper leaves. Ok just to start off, i am a golden member at bebe and i shop there all the time. I just checked my account and i dropped over $10000 at bebe over 5 years..ive had the worst experience in my life today...i had a wedding to go to today and i ordered a bebe dress online for this occasion...waited for my delivery..received it today..i opened it up 30 min before the wedding just to see it had a security tag on it..RU KIDDING ME?!?!?!people cant do their jobs right!?!?..i had to drive all the way to schamburg(from chicago) so they could take the tag off, WAS LATE TO THE WEDDING, had to pay for the gas and all i experienced was the employees being incredibly RUDE to me..ru serious BEBE?!..you should FIRE all these princesses..i spent LOTS of $$ there and i was treated like CRAP.i didnt get any credit for this SHITTTTTYY service , i wasted my money, my time and you cannot give me a $10 reward to keep a customer?!?!?!..i am not a random customer, i spent a lot of money there..all the girls need to get fired besides the polish blonde...she is very sweet and helpful...the rest are just lazy, nasty incredibly ignorant waste of space...i worked in retailing when i was in college and would never treat a loyal customer in such way..this is completely PATHETIC..i would never expect to be treated like this at a place i spend so much money at but these girls clearly do not care and do not belong there!!!!...i am turned off and will not return there unless they fire their lazy, ignorant , rude employees. read more
