I've had botox done but then I got pregnant, and started the breastfeeding journey so I took a long absence from the injections. Fast forward to today, I was eager to get it done again as mom life has made me think I've aged a bit and needed that 'refresh.' Since I moved from VA to MD, I started researching someone in the MD area and happened to come across Chavi's name on NextDoor and the mom's FB group I'm part of. I called the number that was provided and she was very friendly on the phone. She was able to schedule me in and was very communicative via text as well. Unfortunately I had a bit of health mishaps that coincided with the my scheduled appt so I had to reschedule and she was very understanding and acommodating. I was not aware that her practice was at her house until I drove up to the address that she provided. There are signs for beBold Aesthetics and an arrow pointing which direction to go towards. She greeted me outside and walked me into her basement which was completely transformed into a patient like room. It felt very cozy and was very clean. What I really appreciated about Chavi's work was that she leans towards the conservative side, meaning she likes the natural look so will not go heavy on the injections. Before the injection, she even showed me the vials and expiration date so I was aware of the info. A follow up text or call was done after the appt the next day and those type of gestures are what I appreciate because she seems to actually care. If you go to a bigger practice, (which I have gone to), they tend to forget about you after you are finished with the appt. Chavi was recommended to me by a good friend, because she is the exact type of doctor you want to see if you are anything like me. Here's why - On my first visit, she took all nervousness out of someone touching my face. She is a true artist at what she does, a perfectionist. AND she actually cares about her patients. You will NEVER have the normal fear that her work is about taking your money - Ever! Because she truly wants you to feel beautiful. You'll get follows ups to confirm you're satisfied (which you will be) BUT if you want anything modified, she's got you covered! THEN, we ad the cozy office - its amazing!
