I signed up for the consultation online and received a text almost immediately to schedule it. My appointment was scheduled at 12:30 with Stephanie. The day of my appointment I received a text asking if I could postpone until 1:30, which I was able to. This location is in Muddy Branch Square. It is in the same center as Giant Food, First Watch, Starbucks, and Paisanos. Upon entering, I was greeted by Stephanie, who was sitting at the receptionist desk. She asked if I wanted any water. Then she brought me back to a room where she explained laser removal, shared a few before and after photos and went over the price packages. Milan uses Candela Gentle Max Pro and they have a seal. What sets them apart from other practices is that although their packages are expensive, they offer a lifetime guarantee so the price for touchups is included for life. You can visit any of their locations nationwide and they will have your record on file. I really liked their model, however, I couldn't get over the price. It was way more than I was expecting. For the Brazilian, their cost is $8,568 and with their current 50% off promotion it brought it down to $5,998. When I had this procedure done many years ago at another practice, I vaguely recall it was around $1,000. As much as I loved the exceptional customer service and that they offer a lifetime guarantee, I could not bring myself to pay this much. So I am likely going to look at other practices. Stephanie was very professional, personable, bubbly, funny and just a pleasure to talk to. Despite leaving the consultation without purchasing a package, Stephanie was still warm and bubbly, and even opened the door when I left the practice. 1 star -- Severe leg injury from laser treatment, then weeks of being ignored…read more I went in for my very first laser hair removal appointment on June 18th and left with severe burns/injuries covering both my legs (see photos). The marks were still visible almost two weeks later (i'm praying these are not permanent scars). I saw my own doctor on June 24th, who diagnosed an adverse skin reaction to the laser treatment, prescribed prescription-strength steroid cream and a prednisone taper, and explicitly advised me not to return for further treatment at this location. What made it worse was the response after: * The marks became visible the day after my appointment (Friday, June 19th). I was working all day and couldn't call, so I emailed them that same day asking if my legs -- badly swollen and itchy -- were a normal reaction. * Saturday, June 20th: I called right when they opened, since I still hadn't heard back on my email. I sent photos as requested. No callback all weekend, so I ended up at urgent care for a hydrocortisone prescription. * Monday, June 22nd: called again, was told the "lead nurse" would call me Tuesday. Also learned that the petroleum jelly they gave me at my appointment to apply afterward was actually making the injury worse (trapping heat) -- meaning their own staff handed me something that worsened my injury. * Tuesday, June 23rd: no call. Called again, was told the same thing. I also sent a second, detailed email that day explaining everything. Their site advertises a 24-hour email response; I never got one. * Wednesday, June 24th: saw my own doctor, who confirmed the severity and advised against continuing treatment. I called LaserAway to cancel my 8-session contract and was told a director would follow up in 24-48 hours. * I heard nothing. I had a beach vacation starting the very next day, and had to keep my legs covered and out of the ocean the entire trip because of this. * I followed up again after vacation (Monday, June 29th) and was told 24-72 business hours. * Got a callback the next day (Tuesday, June 30th), told -- again -- to send photos so a nurse could "look into it," with a callback promised for tomorrow (which is now today). As of writing this, every single promised callback in this process has either not happened or happened days late, so I'm not optimistic. I've since sent a formal written request for contract cancellation, a full refund, and reimbursement of my medical costs, along with my doctor's documentation. We'll see if that ever gets a response. This is a company whose entire business is aesthetics, and when they visibly injured a first-time client, the response was silence, contradictory advice, and stalling on a contract cancellation while the clock ran on my sessions. My vacation was negatively affected by their negligence. I would not recommend anyone start treatment here.

I looked far better before receiving treatment. I was told me an excuses about the dents which were honestly insulting to my intelligence. Such as they were there before, this happens when you get older, it's a change to the color of your skin and so on. After this I did not want to receive treatments to fix the dents and unevenness as I could not trust somebody who is very clearly being dishonest directly to my face. The point is I did not have those issues before receiving treatment, therefore the treatment caused those issues. When I said I was leaving she actually stood in my way and refused to move even when asked, preventing me from leaving the office. She shifted her body at one point which allowed me to I grab my bag and leave. I'm sure there's many things she can do well but I do not receive such treatment. I also wasn't even refunded any money, so I paid nearly 2k and ended up looking worse than I did before receiving treatment.
