They told us that as Bentley's first experience, he would not be clipped, which was fine with us. They did the basics for the first visit, nails, ears, and bath. As hard as it was to leave him, we were very happy with his nails, his fluffiness, and he smelled so nice! I was so bummed out as it was my pups first birthday on the 15th and this would have been the perfect opportunity to have her groomed. Deva told me she would do her best to get her in Saturday. She txt me back saying to bring her in before they open so she could groom her for me and for her birthday!! She went out of her way and was so kind.
