I was told I would be put on the cancellation list. Friday Sept 13th I got a txt saying there was an opening at 1:30pm. Unfortunately I couldn't take it as i was in work until 5pm. I was so bummed out as it was my pups first birthday on the 15th and this would have been the perfect opportunity to have her groomed. Deva told me she would do her best to get her in Saturday. She txt me back saying to bring her in before they open so she could groom her for me and for her birthday!! She went out of her way and was so kind. Deva did a wonderful job on Zoey and she even got a special birthday bandana! She was so soft and fluffy and looked adorable. Would highly recommend this place!!

They are demeanor and treatment with the animals is simply outstanding and unmatched. There have been a few times where we've popped up with no appointment and asked them very nicely if they could take care of whatever needs we had and more often than not, they even able to squeeze us in. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of service that they deliver and their customer service is wonderful. They have plenty of free parking alongside of and behind the building as well as street parking directly in front of the entrance. Our cats always enjoy going there for a visit because Wayne spoils them and treats them like they are his own pets. Beverly does wonderful work also and the two of them simply couldn't be any nicer if they tried. Towards the end of his life, he was sick with a heart murmur. So she had to be very careful with him the last few times she groomed him. Every time CJ came in, she was so happy to see him. Now she grooms my new dog. He's hyper active, anxious, dominant male, 11 pound dog. He pees every where in her shop. She knows how to deal with him. She puts a diaper on him and keeps him separate from the other dogs. Let's not forget that she also is a great groomer. :)

When I picked my dog, she'd shaved her fanny area down to the inside of the legs and half of the belly (weird), one of the ears was longer than the other, her nose/mouth horribly chopped, and her tail cut short. It was so bad that it's been over a month and she still looks chopped. Her coat was damp. First and last! I don't recommend this business. It looks like unexperienced groomers, maybe practicing and decided to do whatever they pleased with disregard to the customers request. It is disrespectful to the dog and myself as her owner. I get furious every time I think of it!

It's a nice establishment and they cater to dogs of all sizes. Two hours later I picked them up. The groomer did exactly as I instructed, which was to trim my Yorkie as short as possible for the summer months. She also trimmed their nails. $40 per dog, seems to be the norm. Groomingdales did a nice job and this will be their new place for grooming needs, whether they like it or not. ;-)
