They offer a Laundry Wash, Dry Gold Service with hours 7 days per week. The attendant was very friendly. Actual payphone (physical one) in the building where you can call anywhere in the USA for a quarter... Clean restrooms for customers only. Double washers are $2.75 for 30 minutes, and up depending on the washer. Dryers are .25 For 7 minutes.... OLD SCHOOL ARCADE GAMES...PINBALL AND MS PACMAN...they function!!! DEFINITELY GOING HERE AGAIN!!! $2.75 to wash and $1.00 to dry my 2 loads, definitely within my tight budget

There are not many carts to use to organize clothing. The washing machines are decently priced at about $4/load. However, the dryers were over $2 per session. While 1 drying session will quickly dry your clothes PLEASE BEWARE that if you select the high dry temperature your clothes will get burnt!! I had 2 items that were recently purchased come out with gray char and over the last few weeks I've noticed that several of my soft plush pieces of clothes now have rough textures in certain areas. That is my major complaint. I'm so irritated about the dryers. There should be a sign on them to not use the high setting. I would never return to this laundromat. I much prefer Caribbean Clean.

Had my jacket from the 1st of the month said be done by the 4th no update came back still no jacket Becky then calls her alteration warehouse my jackets no where to be found after two weeks of no updates on my coat . 15th after 5:30 pm my coat was available to be picked up. Called she called me on the 16th told me to come in on the 17th because the manager will be in to discuss everything . But Becky is the district manager and she did not want to personally handle a situation her overall team had dropped the on including herself. Her staff needs to be trained on customer service and how to properly address concerns . If children don't want to work don't hire children to do a job

They sewed part of the pocket completely shut and didn't address a ripped seem (see pic). I asked for a refund and the guy literally refused which is crazy. I think the source of the issue is there are too many people between the customer and the actual tailor so communication breaks down. I suggest finding a place where you can talk to the actual person who will be doing the alteration.
