Horrible!!! Absolutely horrible, my son and I went into this office as a walk-in customer. As we arrived at the front desk there were two ladies behind the desk, one lady was by herself and the other was at her desk w a mechanic, the lady asked if they could help only after I greeted them first, the lady that was engaged w the mechanic ask if she could help me " yes, we're here to get a quote on my son's car " oh, ok the lady responded w the mechanic at her desk, I'll be right there. My son and I waited outside the front office door for 15 minutes, no one came out at all! I sent my son on his way and explained to him that if this is how they treat potential new business, you don't want to have your car repaired here. I have worked in customer service for twenty plus years and this is no way to treat people. H O R R I B L E !!!!! read more

HAD TO CALL THE POLICE! I CAME TO FIX MY BUMPER AND LEFT WITH A BROKEN WINDSHIELD! I am a content creator so I vlog everything that happens to me thank Jesus! I took my car to get fixed on August 1 because I had gotten my car hit the day prior. I had taken my car to ONE place before I went to this body shop and I RECORDED myself pulling up into the lot where you CLEARLY SEE my windshield isn't broken!! This was the second place I went and the OWNER (older lady) gave me an appraisal and walked around my car and asked me "so it's just this is the damage in this area" and I said yes! I recorded my car and took photos before I left! Then I come back and MY WINDSHIELD IS CRACKED! THE SON CALLS HIS MOTHER AND SHE TELLS ME MY CAR WAS LIKE THAT WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF!!! AND SHE HAS PHOTOS !! After paying TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of repair, this shop is going to lie about a 100 windshield? I THINK NOT!! The mother told me to come in on Monday because she's already at home and she has her own photos and can't guarantee anything. Other shops wouldn't take my car because it was older and I was working outside of insurance, but Lupe and Dolores were the only ones to give me a fair price with parts that didn't break the bank. Took my truck there to get painted and not even within 6 months the paint started cracking and chipping. They definitely don't use good and thick enough paint. Would not recommend this place. read more

Wow the older lady in the front office has no experience in giving estimates. She was guessing at the price I had great selection of pictures of what I needed done just for a front bumper replacement and to re paint the car 3500 omg the part is 70 dollars. I then asked her so its 3400 for paint .she said yes .she seemed confused. This place is a scam. And didn't bother bringing in someone who knew what they where talking about. read more

I took my daughters Prius in to get painted it was gray but she wanted it blue and it need a new front bumper and a new side mirror. So I agreed to the price and they also dents in the top rim above the car door and the dent in the back bumper tightened the air hing in the hatch back. My daughter is jumping for joy with her new hand me down car and the cleaned 5he inside of the car. They went out of there way to make the car new again. My wife's 2008 Scion XB was rear-ended and it was almost a total loss with front and rear-end damages. My son was driving it and he was rear-ended in the back and he hit the car in front of him. The truck that hit him in the rear took off, it was a hit and run! My wife's XB only has liability and only had 58K miles so I brought it to this shop. Lupe immediately estimated the damages and we agreed on the price which was reasonable to me due to the total damage. Lupe said 2-3 weeks and this shop did it in exactly 3 weeks! They replaced the hood, both bumpers, lift gate and blended the paint flawlessly as promised! Everything was written up and delivered by this shop as agreed upon. I was updated on the progress with pics. Today, my car looks brand new and smells new! Money well-spent! They also detailed the car inside and out prior to me picking it up.
