Jessica and Jackie at the front desk are extremely polite and I love the fact that they have snacks and water up front. When I came in "I Love Lucy" was playing on the TV which was great. What impressed me most was how they handled an unexpected issue. Instead of brushing it off, the shop owner personally reached out to me and made it right. That level of accountability, follow-through and devotion to logic is rare these days and it went a long ways with me especially given Ramadan fasting season. The owner was incredibly accommodating with my schedule and genuinely cared about making sure everything was fixed properly and that I was satisfied and made whole. It never felt like I was being dismissed and they really took the time to make things right. It's that kind of service that makes you feel confident and safe bringing your car here. My car is looking good, very happy with the work. Jackie and Ryan really took care of me. This was such an easy process because of Jackie and Ryan. From the moment I walked in Jackie jumped right into action, it seemed within minutes that I was getting picked up to get my rental and Ryan was walking me through the repair process. They both assured me that they would take care of it so I didn't need to worry. Jackie handled the insurance for rental set up and Ryan handled the insurance when it came to the repairs. Little bit background, my 2024 MYLR has been hit 3 times within last two years ( none of them is my fault), each three times I come to All Magic, and they fought very hard with my insurance to get high ORM parts and Tesla original parts and fixing as much as the original quality needs to be. Unfortunately had to come here twice within this past year. However, the 2nd time I knew I had to bring my car here after the phenomenal job they did the first time on my Model Y. First accident my Model Y was rear ended, and they had my car looking brand new after repair. The 2nd time someone ran into my parked car while at work. My whole front bumper was damaged. When our Tesla Model 3 needed repair due to some animal damage, I wanted to find a shop that was experienced working with Teslas. My insurance recommend several other shops but those all had questionable ratings. So I did some research and I found All Magic on the Tesla website and was impressed by all the great reviews on Yelp. When I brought in my car, I saw many other Teslas there, so I knew I had found a great place. The customer service was excellent, friendly, and most importantly, my service advisor David was an advocate for me dealing with my insurance company who wanted them to skimp on costs and parts. For example, the insurance wanted them to install an aftermarket bumper but David insisted on an OEM bumper, which is what Tesla requires. My 2022 Kia EV6 was damaged from metal pieces falling from an 18 wheeler in front of me on 215 South. I took my car to All Magic. Have you been there? It is very nice and the staff is fantastic from Gloria and Amber at the front desk to Dave and the other guys back in the auto shop. When I got the bad news that my only one year old car baby would likely be declared as totaled, I went to pick up all my belongings from my Kia. The staff was kind enough to wait for me to complete that sad task staying past closing time for me. Dave had the tough job of telling me that the cost of replacing the ENTIRE battery would probably result it the insurance declaring it a total loss.. but at least he gave me a heads up.
