I took my car in to have rear bumper replaced. After is was done I Picked up my car and drove it for a few days then noticed the bumper was melting from the exhaust. I took it back and they told me would repair it at no cost. But then Michael the owner told me that the muffler was in the wrong place and it would cost me $200 To repair it. I am a senior citizen and could Not afford it. I took it to a muffler shop and they told me there was nothing wrong with the muffler. So I went back and told them not to do any work on the muffler and after they replaced the bumper again. I have not had any trouble since. So obviously they put the bumper on wrong. Also they try to cut costs when they installed the bumper to the fender. They don't use bumper brackets but it looks like they use a wire to attach just one of the holes. I wished I noticed it sooner but I am done with this place. The previous owner of Artesian Body did a superb job. read more

Additionally, she worked with my schedule so that I could leave my car on my only day off, and I got my car back incredibly fast. It's unfortunate I have to leave a review with one star but after multiple attempts in person and via messages for them to make this situation right they haven't lifted a finger. I found Artisan Collision on Yelp after my vehicle was hit and needed body repair. They had great reviews so I felt pretty confident they would get the job done right. I took the vehicle in for assessment and spoke to the owner (I believe his name was Micheal) letting him know that if we chose his body shop to do the work I would need a specific timeline. He assured me the timeline we needed was no problem. He told me the deductible would be $800 and I can pay once the vehicle was ready for pickup. Once the day came to pickup the vehicle i went ahead and inspected the work that was done. After taking a few minutes to look the SUV over we noticed multiple areas with "Orange Peel" like imperfections, a few of Dull Spots that stood out and some paint dripping on the rear bumper. The most obvious issue though was one of my Fender Flairs was missing. I brought all issues up to the owner as we were inspecting it together and he assured me everything would be corrected if I could bring it back, especially the Fender Flair, he said he was waiting on the part to come in and once it was painted the installation would be very easy. He said he would address the other issues at the same time and make it right like it should be. I agreed and drove my vehicle home expecting to hear from the owner once the Fender Flair was in and painted ready to go. I waited and didn't hear back for almost a week when he said it would only take a couple of days since the part he was waiting for was on its way. I decided to finally call and figured maybe they forgot. I was wrong, when I called back check the status he decided to tell me he needed me to pay the $800 deductible in order for him to pay for the Fender Flair, he said it was because of a "Bank Issue" and he was short on funds. Very unprofessional. Mind you he had already billed my insurance for parts and the repair, Geico confirmed Micheal had already cashed the check. We agreed the deductible would be paid upon the job being "Complete". I was baffled by this news and texted him trying to make sense of the situation and he basically ignored my text. I decided to walk in 4 different times to try and talk to him and see if he was going to finish the work but all of a sudden he wasn't to be found. It took me a while to finally write this review but the last time I walked in this past Monday and he was nowhere to be found once again and I figured this was my last option. This is always the last resort but when a business doesn't respect the clients time, money or trust then it's what had to happen. We will also be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for Automotive Repair and Small Claims court as well. Please beware before doing business with Artisan Collision. You don't want to be in my situation with an incomplete service that was already billed and paid for by the insurance. Very bad business we experienced unfortunately. read more

This was my first time visiting the shop and I am here to give a great review because Dalina and Londell were super helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate right away and provided me with great costumer service. Dalina and Londell are truly the best, they ensure my car was taking care of and followed up with me in a timely matter. Usually I don't leave reviews but impecable and efficient work shouldn't go unnoticed. My car looks amazing after the repairs and the prices given for the estimate were very reasonable. The passenger side mirror of my Lexus was clipped and frames came off but the mirror was intact. I requested quotes from several businesses but decided to go with Artisan because Michael was courteous from the beginning. I drove there to have him look at the mirror, which we ended up ordering a new one, and he gave me a fair price. He thought I would need to have part of it painted due to a scratch but he deducted that from the total price when the ordered parts came in and I wouldn't need the paint service after all because that part would also be replaced. It took two days to receive my ordered mirror and once it got there, Michael gave me a call to let me know. Took less than 30 minutes to replace it and job was well done. Before driving off, I checked everything else apart from the fixed mirror (lesson learned from a previous visit at a tint shop- read my other reviews) and I noticed my passenger side window wouldn't go down (it was working before) and Michael had his mechanic fix it in less than 5 minutes. Have been here multiple time and interaction with Tony have been wonderful and have been helpful in the past which is the only reason why I have returned here is because Tony customer service is impeccable. However this last visit was with Michael who is apparently the SOLE LEGAL OWNER and has no customer service and can not complete a job by the time stated. When confronted about it he does not even attempt to pretend to care and try to work out a way to get the job completed in a timely manner but instead responds with lame excuses why he is unable to complete the work as stated. Michael may be a capable mechanic but his customer service skills are horrible. Would reccomend going to another body shop that actually cares about their customers. As far as his claim to "guarantee 100% satisfaction for all of our customers" this is clearly FALSE as proven through his actions and through his communications. UPDATE: Michael ended up making things right and make special accommodations to have my vehicle ready at a reasonable time. Thanks you Tony and Michael for understanding where I was coming from and why I was upset. I wish this was done was earlier but I'm glad that in the end you made the accommodation to make me happy. Let me start off by saying that Tony and Shellie go above and beyond to help out their customers. Whenever I had questions, I would contact Tony or Shellie and they were both quick to respond and quick to help. In the beginning of May, I had a run in with some local wildlife out at the river. My front bumper, hood, and passenger door got smashed up in the incident. Unfortunately, I had family plans for memorial weekend a few weeks later and I needed my truck. By a friendly recommendation I found Artisan Collision. I spoke with Tony and asked that my truck be done by Memorial weekend. He said it was a possibility and they would get right on it. Within a week of having my truck, they already had the front end taken apart and a full estimate prepared. The challenge was finding parts that would arrive on time (due to the age of my truck, a certain number of parts were back ordered.) Shellie was on top of part shopping and went above and beyond searching for the specialized parts that were back ordered from multiple suppliers; she eventually found all the parts from different suppliers - which allowed us to meet the deadline of finishing my truck before memorial weekend. Shellie kept me informed about the status of my truck every step of the way. For that, I truly appreciated! 2.5 weeks later they had my truck looking like new. My truck has a "gray metallic" paint and their painter was able to match the flakes perfectly. (I was a bit nervous about that...) Looking at the truck you would never know it was in a collision. The repairs were done right. I have to say, even their mechanics were friendly and welcoming. I would be happy to recommend Artisan Collision to friends and family. read more
