This place is awesome! If I could I would give this place an additional star (6 Yelp stars!!!) Owner Jack is so friendly and knowledgeable. We had to fix our front bumper and he was quick to respond and diagnose our issue. He ordered the right parts and even matched the paint color! Upon installing the front bumper he found some additional issues with the reinforcement part and was able to fix this on the spot. We didn't have to wait long for repair and install. Overall price to fix was relatively decent. We had gotten a quote from somewhere else and it was more than what Jack quoted. What I like most about him is that he took the time to describe the issue and how he came to the correct diagnosis. He even fixed our listened plate holder without us asking. I told him what I needed and he suggested I stop by the shop so he could look at my vehicle. Reputable, trustworthy shop performing quality repairs. Someone spray-painted an insignia on my car (while we were stopped at an intersection no less (thanks, Palm Desert!). I thought I would need a new front-quarter panel, but Ryan figured out, before ordering the part, that it was an acrylic paint. They were able to buff it out, and the panel looked brand new when they were done. He could've just ordered the part and charged me for the more expensive option. A family member of mine backed out of her driveway and into my car while it was parked. The external damage was not so bad but internally there were some additional repairs and blind spot sensor issues. I had never been to Royal Collision before, but based on the reviews I read I was going to be in good hands. Jack is a hands-on owner who involves himself in every step of the process, he's not the "suit" you get at the big name auto body shops (you know, the ones who will never actually touch your car). And honestly he told me from day one, "you don't want the suit, you want the guy that looks like me with grease on his shirt." He's 100% right, and he's been in the business a very long time! This place is hands down where you want to take your car (they even washed it before I picked it up, which I didn't expect at all). After returning my vehicle I was having issues with the blind spot sensors giving error messages. Jack immediately had me come back and went to work to figure the issue out; it was resolved within the week. He even went the extra mile to run a full diagnostic on my car and send me the report, since there are several the dealer needs to address. The overall damage of my vehicle was minimal but it was treated just as well as any other. Many reviews said they'd give six stars if they could, and I agree! Jack and his team definitely give the six star treatment and I won't be taking my car anywhere else; we felt like family.
