Appointments are made through the patient portal. There's no waiting when you arrive and ample parking. There is a specific entrance and separate entrance which feels very safe. When you enter (with a mask) you're asked some screening questions and asked to sit socially distanced in the hallway. Less than a minute later, the nurse took me to a station, verified information and gave me the shot, absolutely painless. The nurse gives you an information sheet, and the vaccination record, which you need to keep in order to get the second dose. From there you enter another room where chairs are placed 6 feet apart and are cleaned often. You wait for 15/30 minutes depending on your personal health history. (Free WiFi, so no problem there!). A tech checks on you to ensure there are no effects and provides you with and information sheet. Then another tech comes by to schedule the follow up appointment. I was assured that those that receive the first dose are assured the second dose due to strict record keeping of inventory. Everyone was super nice, so many questions were answered kindly and repeatedly, as ma y of us had the same questions over and over. The nurse told me not to massage my arm to allow the vaccine to disperse at the appropriate rate. The day after I woke up with a bit of a sore arm, but nothing that impaired my ability to work or parent. I'll post a second review after my next dose. I received the Moderna vaccine and was incredibly pleased with my entire experience!!

It has been close to a month and we still have not heard anything and my mom repeatedly called requesting an urgent referral to a neurologist. Despite the seriousness of the situation and the urgency of our requests, there was little to no follow-up, and our concerns were not addressed in a timely manner. During such a critical time, families deserve to feel heard and supported, not ignored. We expected his primary physician to help coordinate the care he needed, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Because of our experience and our disappointment in the level of care provided, we have decided to transfer my dad's care to a different primary care physician. We hope this experience serves as an opportunity for improvement in communication, responsiveness, and patient follow-through so other families receive the care and attention they deserve.

Perhaps she just hasn't been trained on how to communicate with customers properly, or maybe she is always in a poor mood when dealing with the public. Anyways, the rest of the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. We were in and out quick with a diagnosis and plan of action. Definitely thankful to/for the rest of the staff we dealt with. Remember that people coming here are not obligated to. We are paying customers choosing to come to this business and spend our money here. The quality of care there has gone down hill quite a bit Due , in large part, to the reception staff. Be careful. You MIGHT end up with a prescription that is deadly. DOUBLE CHECK!
