The main reason I gave the resort 4 stars instead of 5 was the housekeeping service. We had trouble getting basic items, such as clean towels, delivered to our room. Since our room phone wasn't working, I had to use my cell phone to contact the front desk. Every time I called, I was told the request had been submitted, but after two days and multiple calls, we still never received what we needed. It was frustrating and is an area that could definitely use improvement. I was also a little disappointed with the pool area. The pools were smaller than I expected and became overcrowded quickly. There was also an unpleasant odor around the pool, possibly from the nearby trash cans, which made us not want to spend much time there. On the positive side, I really liked that the resort is next door to a casino, making it convenient to walk over for dining and entertainment. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning. It's a nice resort for a short getaway, and with improvements to the housekeeping service and pool area, it could easily earn 5 stars.

I also received a text asking me how I was enjoying my stay, however I had not yet checked in. This kind of worried me that they were going to bill me for an extra day because they were thinking I was already checked in. At Check-in I was greeted and summoned a cart to take me to my tower, which was located in the back, called the rosemary. My brother is an owner and says that he requests the building behind the Rosemary for whatever reason that's where they like to stay. My room appeared clean at first glance; except for the smell of feet as soon as I open the door, and I immediately noticed that the refrigerator needs to be pulled out and swept between the refrigerator and the counter because it was filthy. I think there's a toy or a marble also between there. I did my ritual of wipe down and sanitizing and checking the bed for bed bugs. I took a look at the pool area and it was swarming with children. I heard that there was a quiet pool area that was adults only on the other side (that would be building nine ) so I said I would visit that pool the next day. When I returned to my room, there was a skillet on the floor in front of my door. I did have the "Do not disturb" on my door, so I guess housekeeping just left a missing skillet that they were meaning to replace before anyone checked in. I did not plan to do any cooking but as a ritual, I usually take all of the dishes out and put them in the dishwasher to clean them. I am glad that I did because the glasses look like they were just wiped with a dirty rag and they were hazy looking. Everything was clean and spotless after I ran the dishwasher. I did visit that pool the next day closer to sundown to assure it wouldn't be crowded. There were a few older adults there taking in the quiet and relaxing. My cousin sat by the edge of the pool, and I laid on a lounge chair. And in walks a couple with five children and one on her chest. The kids were excited and loud and I could see the disgust on the other residents faces. An older gentleman went over to explain to them that this was a quiet area and there were four other pools that the kids could enjoy. The father, (I guess) had sassy words to say back to the older man. The older man grabbed his things and his wife and they left. As the kids also jumped in the Jacuzzi with the relaxing residents. They grabbed their things and they left. I texted the office and took a picture of the family so they could see who was bringing their children in there. I was informed that security was on the way. It took a while and security came and explained to the mother that this was a quiet area. The father was in the bathroom. When the father came out he ignored security and got back in the pool with his kids. A long time another family with kids and those kids jumped in the pool and splashed water all over me. I got up and left. I think that security should have stayed and escorted the family out of the area, not taking their word that they were gonna leave. This is how fights start. I went to the office to check out at 9:30 AM and I waited a pretty good while before anyone could help me in the front as there was only one person at the desk. This place is walking distance to the Southpoint Casino next-door. They have lots of places to eat and a movie theater and bowling alley and of course bingo. This is an economical mini vacation. Great for groups and families. For me..,,,,, I need an adult only all-inclusive vacation spot or Adults Cruise. The staff here are wonderful.

I paid 100% in advance. I was picked up by the airport nearly one hour late. When the driver, Taylor, got out of the car a huge cloud of marijuana smoke came out with him. It wasn't a limo or town car but an older model, dirty Mercedes - perhaps 15 years old, very small with a tiny backseat. There barely any room for my carryon bag in his trunk - and I had to cram into the back seat because he had a dog in the front seat with him. Taylor was pretty spaced out and had trouble finding my hotel, the Vdarra. He was also unfamiliar with other Vegas landmarks - like the Aria, the Bellagio, Park MGM. I had to pull out my phone to help him navigate to my hotel. He apologized for being late and not having a town car or limo - but he said the limo had been locked up or repo'd and Peter was working to get it out. I was really worried that he lacked the competence to pick me up for the game - so after confirming he was the driver for the next day, I showed him that he should pick me up at the exact same spot he dropped me off at - and I explained it was critical that he wasn't late. I also reminded him a friend would be joining me, so we would need a bigger car or at least the front seat free of his dog. Taylor no-showed the next day of course. We called, texted, yelp-messaged and availed ourselves of every contact number we had. No one answered. No one came. After about 75 minutes of this we took a taxi. About 3 hours later, Taylor texted and said he was sorry - he didn't realize his phone was on vibrate and missed all of our texts and phone calls. He claimed he was there the whole time, however (he absolutely wasn't). Peter also yelp-messaged about the same time saying "Let me try!" and nothing more. He refused my requests to call me. After the game, surprise-surprise, they no-showed again. We waited about an hour and a half in the designated meeting spot with no response to phone calls or texts. Eventually, found a free driver to take us back to the hotel for $100. And again, with no surprise, they no-showed the pre-booked trip to the airport. Still no call or contact from Peter and team. While their rate was very competitive, this company is a clown act. If you must book them, absolutely do not pay in advance and I would never, ever, trust them with anything important.

Update since posting... driver is continuously harassing me to take this post down. I'm very upset at his unprofessionalism and threatening to sue stating I'm not a customer. I am not going to take down an honest review! Good luck to you and your business but I will not be harassed and I've attached my receipt for proof. It was night time so staging the limo in the sun would not have much to do with it.

Each time, we made the reservation at the lobby of the Old Town Main Street Station Hotel and were very satisfied because we got on and off the bus at the same place. This time, the driver pick up tourists at five spots. We are the first stop near the Main Street Station Hotel, and there are six of us. But on the way back, the tour guide named Eric said that because he was tired, he would only drop us off at three stops. He also asked us to download a taxi app and take a taxi back to the hotel. After he finished speaking and sat back down, I went to talk to him and asked if he could drop us off near the Old Town hotel. But he refused. I told him that in all the previous day tours I had taken, the pick-up and drop-off places were the same. He then asked me if the previous tours I had taken were with this company ?and he would only drop us off at three stops this time. I really couldn't remember if the previous tours I had taken were with this company because I was always satisfied and had never experienced this situation before, so I didn't pay much attention to the company name. However, I will remember this Gray Line company from now on because this tour guide left a very bad impression on me. Before he drop us off , he also asked each tourist to give him a $20 tip. Later, we got off at Treasure Island, which is the closest stop to Old Town. We didn't give him a tip because his service was not satisfactory and we had to spend money and time taking a taxi back to the hotel. If I go on a day tour again in the future, I won't choose Gray Line, and I won't recommend it to others either.
