I went there before going to Tiremaxx and had them go over a car I had just bought just to see what…read morethe car would need and how long I had before it had to be done. They looked at it and told me Few things I needed to take care of in the next few Months. I specifically asked them about the battery since it was November and I wanted to make sure I had a car that started. They told me I had at least half the life of my battery left. Yep, next morning, the car won't start. No I didn't leave the lights on . I took it out myself, drove over to battery's plus and had them test it. Was told i was definitely in need of a new one. Put the new one in and drove over there just to let them know I was very disappointed since they knew I was looking for someone I could trust. The look I received as one of disgust and irritation. Needless to say, I kept looking for a home town mechanic I can trust.

However, since then they have gotten a new estimator who was very condescending towards women. After I told him I did not want it turned into the insurance. He did not do what I asked and tried to turn it into the insurance after I told him we had gotten paid by insurance already and I wanted an estimate for them to do the work. When I emailed him back and reiterate that, he emailed me back and said they could not give me and estimate until they had my Subaru in the garage to order parts. I still would need an estimate from them!!???? I will not be taking any work there as he is the first person you meet. And I know people who work there now and have in the past. But when he is the first person you meet. No Thank you!!! Aimee

did not fix all the damage they were supposed to. they left paint chips that I will need to have…read moretouch up paint mixed for and left a giant scratch that should have been wet sanded and touched up while the repairs were completed. value was little to none being there is still damage left unrepaired. i recommend taking your vehicle to a different body shop

Took over 2.5 months to fix our car. Most of that lag time was due to our insurance co failings…read morebut the last leg with many delays was Steele not getting the parts together during that time and getting the project done in a timely fashion. Not at all pleased with their turn-around time. Think people should consider other options when selecting a collision shop.

Kristel in the office provided me with a prompt estimate and worked with my insurance company so I could get the repairs started. When I spoke with my insurance company representative she said she was familiar with World Class Auto Body and stated that they did great work. Several days later, when I picked up my SUV it looked like brand new. The workmanship was "A+." I am very pleased with the whole experience and the quality of the work. I can easily recommend them to others whose cars need body repair.
