And if I have a question about something, they will show you what the problem is and explain it to you. I'm not a car guy, I am a PC guy. So finding a neighborhood auto mechanic that I trust, and also understands that sometimes you can't get everything done that needs to be done due to money being short, is worth a lot. They make sure that my cars are safe, and will get me where I am going and back and I never have any concerns that I am be treated anything but with respect and fairness.

I had the car towed to my mechanic in ramsey to have him look at it, he said it had been double gasketed. Tiremaxx had my car towed to them, had my filter sent back to the manufacturer to get checked and said the manufacturer said there was nothing wrong with the filter and that they put it on right.. I asked how the manufacturer would be able to tell that the shop had put it on correctly and he said they were just able to tell.. Tiremaxx is refusing to take any responsibility for their mistake.. I would never recommend anyone ever go here, I will never be bringing any of my vehicles back here. If I could review with negative stars I would. Oh and if you check the yahoo reviews on this place, 3 out of 4 are bad, and 2 out of 4 are about them messing up on simple routine oil changes.

The team at Big O took the tire and worked their magic to reseal the tire to the rim. They weren't sure if their tools would work for the small tire but it was worth a shot. In less than five minutes the tech came out with the tire sealed and full of air. The team was great! They took the tire and figured out how to reseal it and handed back to me full of air. Great work! Even though I was only in the shop for 10 minutes to fix my snowblower tire, I would recommend the Big O team in Elk River for tire service.
