He starts yelling shut it off! He never added the oil.... I was in a hurry recently (the last incident was years ago) but because I was heading out of state and running out of time I stopped back through. This time they put 10 quarts of oil in my car! I bought two- 5 quart jugs, they're supposed to put in 8 quarts and give me back a jug with 2 quarts remaining, but they put all 10 quarts in. The guy says go ahead and start it. I look at him and said where are my 2 quarts??? He apologized profusely which I know accidents happen but good lord. Just so frustrating!!
