But I'll try my best to sum it up because you deserve all the kudos! Every guest raved about the food and that was exactly what I strived for when selecting our caterer and menu. It felt like a dream come true. I had the opportunity to try everything and it was absolutely incredible - it was exactly as it was served to us at our tastings. Our vendors were blown away when they were served an actual meal, not just a "boxed vendor meal". This was so important to me because I know how hard everyone works all day and that is exactly what they deserve. This is just another detail that speaks to the character behind Atlasta. It was super special to have Steve there and everyone on the team was attentive and just so kind. It made the night feel like 5 star dining. Hannah - you are also something special! He has a lot of experience cooking under Morimoto, and working at Saison and Atelier Crenn which really showed in the beautiful presentation and delicious flavors. Every little detail was perfectly planned, including the ones that would have never even crossed my mind. I love that they have relationships with so many incredible vendors, it made picking a DJ, florist, etc, super easy! What I really loved about Maddy and the Your Jubilee team is that I never felt pushed or rushed in the decision making process. They always gave me plenty of time to make decisions, and even when we were on a crunch never made anything seem like it was un-fixable. The day of the wedding was such a breeze. I had about 3 girls from the YJ team there (maybe even more?!) including Maddy. At one point Maddy was steaming my dress herself. The timing of everything was seamless. We even had our pup there and one of the YJ gals was walking him around during the reception! She did not attend the rehearsal, despite knowing about it weeks in advance (confirmed by the Willow venue staff) but only informed us the day before. This last-minute cancellation created unnecessary stress. And so on the wedding day itself, key details were neglected or mishandled. Decorations were incomplete or missing. Many personal touches like the welcome boxes and card/gift boxes were never set up, retractable and digital photos, welcome sign and custom beer koozies were not displayed as planned. On a day with the flash flood warning, she became flustered instead of staying calm...The bride, groom and wedding party were actually the ones reassuring her. Overall, her disorganization, poor communication, and lack of follow-through caused unnecessary chaos, wasted time and money. It's now been over two weeks since the wedding and many of our items are still missing.

There is a small bar next to the lobby that was open on Christmas night, which was a nice surprise and made the holiday feel a little more festive. This location serves many needs. The included continental breakfast far exceeded our expectations. Each morning we were treated to a generous selection that included fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelettes, sausage, and the opportunity to make our own waffles. Additional options featured oatmeal, fresh bread, English muffins, and a variety of condiments. The beverage selection was equally impressive, offering regular, low-fat, non-fat, and chocolate milk, along with regular coffee, decaf coffee, and various teas. Right from the beginning, Robin was responsive and detailed, answering all of my questions and providing info about his process. He sent over a multi-page info sheet for us to fill out with all of the fine details of our wedding day, which he reviewed with us during a check-in call the week of our wedding. It was clear that he spent time reviewing this document and had a general timeline for the day. I was fairly hands-off aside from providing my wedding details, I checked a few boxes about the genres of music that we liked and left the rest to Robin. On the day of our wedding, Robin arrived several hours early to set up at our reception venue before heading over to our ceremony venue. When we threw him a curveball and needed two handheld mics (instead of lapel mics) for our ceremony, he went back across the street to pick up that equipment without hesitation. During our reception, he followed the timeline we outlined, made the few announcements we had, and checked in with us from time to time. He even threw in a few nerdy Star Trek references (our table names were Star Trek ships and he was on board with this from day one!), completely unprompted, but it showed us that he clearly paid attention to our details and wanted everyone to have a good time. Some of our friends requested some pretty obscure songs throughout the night and Robin did a great job adding those to the playlist. He totally nailed it with the music selection the whole night. My husband developed a migraine and generally wasn't feeling well shortly after dinner, and Robin was kind and thoughtful, checking in on him to make sure that the dance floor lights and music volume weren't making him feel worse. Overall, we had a really wonderful experience with Robin and 10/10 would absolutely hire him again for future events.
