Took several days to return my call after initial inquiry. Then was rude on the phone so i had my husband talk to him. I ordered a 20x20 tent for a party I held on May 7, 2022. Joe and his staff delivered the tent, tables, and tablecloths on time. They were Professional and worked quickly and hard. The person in the office was patient and allowed me to make several changes before the event without any restrictions or additional fees. Joe was concerned that a 20x20 might be too big for our yard so he offered to bring a 15x20 as well as 8' and 10' poles should they be needed. Joe worked for months with me and my dad to provide us with all the information we needed to make sure that the tent would fit in our backyard and that the lighting would also work. We made several changes to the quote throughout the time leading up to my wedding, and he always worked with us to update and send us drawings. JMS Tents was AWESOME! We had been planning our mom's 70th birthday part for over a year and after some research online; we decided to call three companies who rented party equipment in the valley. One company cancelled our appointment twice. Second company had all or nothing packages, which we didn't really like. Third company was JMS Tents. Joe was punctual and provided me with a reasonable quote within a couple of days. We kept in contact via e-mail and he answered all of my questions pertaining to tables and linens timely. A few weeks prior to our big party, we decided we were in need of additional tables, chairs and linens to accommodate our family and friends. Joe instantly advised that it was not a problem and would have the extra items at the time of delivery. The linens were dry cleaned and ironed when they were delivered. We also rented a sound system with an iPod connection and microphone which turned out great. The 2- 20x20 white tents looked so nice and our guests were impressed.
